Fell because door handle stuck.

My room i got wasn't cleaned after he said it was and he tried to lie to me about it. He gave me a second room that was half ass cleaned. He did give me another room but looked like he didn't care. The breakfast could been better. Staff could improve. Cleanliness of the place and upkeep could really use some approving.

This is a great hotel. The place was very clean and the breakfast was fully stocked.

We checked in and instantly wasn’t satisfied with the room due to the wear and tear of the room. There was mold in the showers, paint chipped, holes in the walls that were patched up, furniture is chipped and peeling, and the room smelled. I went to the front desk and was told they will not give a refund but will move us from one room to the next. We went to dollar tree and got cleaning supplies to clean the room again due to uncomfortably having to stay at the room or take a loss on $400. I did take pictures to show the front desk. You can tell they’ve tried to make upgrades to better the hotel but you can still see all of the wear and tear on the rooms. The walls are dirty! I will say there were no bed bugs or anything if that nature. So if you’re not picky with rooms this may be the stay for you. If you have standards and expectations for your hotel stay this isn’t the room for you. It just gave a sticky feel! Once we disinfected everything it felt a little better. But we got pillows and pillow cases and our own blankets for bedding. I can’t explain it. Pictures will be attached . Just know once you book, there is no canceling so do research and believe the reviews! 3/10.

Breakfast was meh. Bed wasn't the best. But it was clean and good enough for the price... and certainly the best on that street... it's surrounded by much crappier hotels.

Room was nice for the price. Family friendly and clean. Breakfast was above average.

Trash never pocked up for 7 days and no service provided for the entire stay. Very callous and unhelpful front desk folks

The bathroom was dirty.
