Travelocity needs to remove this Hotel from their list as excellent! Nothing could be further from the truth. When I got there and walked in to check in the counter and just outside the door there were cigarettes and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days! To make matters worse when I drove over to the nearby Waffle House there were three guards which was only 1000 feet away I asked why. Staff there told me this is a drug Haven and I told her I was staying at the hotel and she said that Hotel has been a center for drug activity! Sure enough when I went back to the hotel there was a guy screaming to the top of his lungs just not too far from my window all night long. To make matters worse there is people hanging out three people in a room who were drinking, and then when I went down one of the hallways I noticed mini cigarette buds bottles of beer empty, and the smell of urine. How on earth is this on Travelocity needs to be removed do not stay here!

Staff and management are extremely nice and courteous

The breakfast was a waffle machine, juice, coffee and hot water. No tea, low calorie sweetener, fruit etc. The WiFi wasn’t very good but the Direct Tv channels were sufficient.

BUGS! This was the worst place I've ever stayed. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1. The roaches are bad. Ice machines didn’t work. Room didn’t lock right. Then the door didn’t open. Do not stay here!!

This place had roaches in the room.. there was only one wash cloth and towel. The other towel was on the floor like it had just been used.. they wouldn't refund any of my money after I asked for an early check out..

The room had so much damage. Holes in the wall, toilet paper mount hanging out of the wall, torn comforters/curtains, looked like poop was smeared on a rod in the room, crayons colored all over the walls.

Roaches.

The rooms were terrible, crawling with roaches bedsheets burned by cigarettes, dirty and smells like can’t describe pictures on the website or probably like 25 years old. Nothing like in person they need to update photos. We moved to another hotel the same day.👎

Would not stay there ever again. The whole room smelt like pot and at 3-4 in the morning it smelled the same way. Lights didn't even work great barely could see what you were doing at night I. The room. One was plugged in behind the mattress and was just barely plugged in that if you hadn't been paying attention would have caused a fire. Definitely will not recommend this place for anyone at all. Bedspread had cigarette burns all over plus one of the pillow cases had cigarette burn. Sheets had stains all over them. Floor was "mopped" but still turned the bottom of your feet black.

Everything. This place was a dump. Between the roaches and bugs in the bed and the non caring from the staff to do anything about it except point us in the direction of booking.com and then not even respond to them. So terrible experience. All I wanted was a refund because I had to sleep in my car or deal with roaches crawling on me the entire time so sleep in the it was. Just terrible.....

I like that it was quick and easy The property had roaches and the light in the bathroom didn’t work it kept flashing.
