Needs better cleaning in the room

There was a lot of police activity near this hotel.

Everything was redone in the hotel and looked nice. No elevator and a pol that looked like it hadn’t worked in years.

The room and property were clean. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool was not in working order and when we requested additional towels we were told we had to wait until the next morning.

It was okay for the price. Bathroom had some cleanliness minor issues. The whole property had strong scents (not necessarily bad, but strong). WiFi was slow/spotty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stick to the “cold” items for breakfast. Location was good. Beds seemed slightly smaller than a normal queen?

My daughter left headphones in the room and they called us to let us know. Not many hotels go beyond to reach out with something like that and it was very much appreciated. This was not our first stay there and definitely won’t be our last. They have earned our business whenever we are in the area.

Very clean and friendly staff! Very close to Cherry Park for our softball tournaments! Nothing bad to say. It was great!

The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator, but she put us on the bottom floor. The pool was not operable. Above all I would stay again.

Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.

Couldn't use the pool due to maintenance and that was my only negative

We came upon this place about 6 weeks earlier. We were so delighted with it that we have decided this is our attempted overnight point on route to GA (so the goal is to drive a bit longer one day so we can overnight here). I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you to our traveling canine buddy which was the catalyst for finding this dog friendly facility! Clean with comfortable beds; pleasant staff; nice breakfast! 1) Price point is a bit more than what we had been paying for overnight stays at other places we found on this route to GA. However, having said that, it's not so much more that it's a deal breaker. 2) We tried booking on route via phone and were not successful. Sounded like we were dealing with AI. "She" told us no rooms and wanted to direct us elsewhere. We were so close that we opted to drive directly to the facility, found the lobby doors still unlocked a bit after 10pm and were able to overnight there like we had hoped. Is there a direct number to call this particular location?
