Comfort Inn & Suites Rock Hill Northeast

Overall nice and clean, well kept kind staff. Bathrooms could use some better lighting but that’s my only suggestion! Very convenient location right off the interstate

This was my second time staying there. I am about to book again for this weekend.

Well lighted at night and the location was very good The hair dryer didn’t work and there was an area of loose paint in the bathroom underneath the mirror

The cleaning staff was very nice.

Nice outdoor pool

She really understood customer service. Would help to fix the outer doors to be able to enter with key card. This was the same situation in June 2026 only now 3-months later. Very challenging to keep walking around the building to enter at the front.

Bed too mushy

Everything

Beds were too soft last year they were better

Breakfast was okay. Nothing special about it. Loved the location Pillows were too small and I prefer soft, flat ones.

Overall a wonderful stay. I would suggest they get new mattresses or flip them. The 1 matress had a deep dip. The other was fine

Breakfast good better inside than outside needs better curb appeal. Geto outside. And it’s a shame I was worried at first but the staff and inside looked good. Outside appearance a 4

Clean room Elevator down, slow sink drain

The back parking lot is adjacent to a run down long stay hotel and the traffic was sketchy, so park in the front...

I liked the rooms and the breakfast was decent The staff was very rude and management fraudulently absconded with our deposit without actual evidence or proof that we violated any rules. They refused to resolve the issue.

The pictures online definitely don’t match what you get and they should be updated. The pool stayed locked 1/2 the time we were there. I had requested joining rooms when I reserved it 5 weeks in advance because I have kids, and we did not receive that so we had to split up. The breakfast was terrible. It was the same thing every day. Scrambled eggs, steamed sausage, rosemary potatoes, toast. Sometimes they would have hard boiled eggs and yogurt, but if you weren’t there super early then you didn’t get any. They had Raisin Bran and plain Cheerios. The only good thing they had was a waffle that you could make yourself. The coffee, orange juice and apple juice were all watered down. It came out of a machine. The concentrate would come out first then the rest would be water. With that being said, the stay was ok, but we will not be staying here again. Looking forward to the breakfast every morning and ended up having to leave every morning to go get breakfast and coffee.

the stay was nice, good location. Staff very friendly!

Great stay, e erything was clean and staff was helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Would certainly stay again on a stopover for sure.
