Suburban Studios Rock Hill Northeast I-77

Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.

There were no ( zero) lamps by the bedside , no plugs bedside . I also saw two roaches and reported this to staff . I will not stay here again

The room was nasty . had dirty linen on the bed blood pee stains I had to report that still waiting nobody responding back for that it was a dirty diaper behind the folded up couch bed trash around the pool area was dirty. I just didn't have pleasant stay

No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it

There were no hangers, iron, one small trash can. This is not a hotel for travelers. It looked like a transition home. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Dingy linen.

Poor service at the front desk. The ladies are very rude. The rooms are horrible.

We arrived at hotel and was immediately bombarded with the odor of marijuana in the parking lot. We inside and advised the female clerk of this and that we weren’t comfortable staying at this hotel. She understood and said would not charge us and issue a refund.

Nothing Very dated, dirty roaches, floors coming up, moldy bathroom, moldy unpleasant balcony, very bad smell, over all uncomfortable

Nothing My room was not ready because it was dirty. So I was placed in a double on first floor. Infront of patio on ground was dildo and a wash cloth. It was noisy from people above. The pillows looked like they were slept on already. The tissue holder did not stay on wall. Only because I arrived at 1am I stayed the night. I checked out when I woke up and asked for a refund. I was refunded only 1 day and have yet to see my refund back on my card.

Booked room online, arrived and was told I booked a new room, however when I got to room, there were dirty foot prints in the shower, toilet rocked, room smelled bad, no working ceiling lights just exposed wire ,tv outdated, and ROACHES. Front desk staff were friendly though.

The staff is rude there’s a guy by Jeff that works there he is bad business to deal with and should be fired for trying to steal money from us but there’s one young lady who was awesome and very helpful the rest 👎👎

The location is close to the interstate. Beds slept decent and enough towels made us happy. What I didn’t like about the property the flickering lights throughout the facilities on the Suburban side. As for the room, extermination truly needed,we encountered roaches.

Appears to be remodeling. The stairs to room were dangerous. Felt somewhat unsafe. The room somewhat remodeled. Ok cleanliness. Fire alarm chirped all 3 days. Breakfast very cheap. Price was excellent.

Shower water wasn't hot enough to shower.
