The room smelt and was terrible, roaches and smelt like cigarettes in a “non-smoking” room

I had cancled this room at least it supposed to be.

Room was in need of floor and needed to be freshened up none of the usb ports work.

I put my employees in a hotel to do construction work only to receive pictures of bed bug bites, dirty sheets and roaches. I will never send anyone here again. My guys chose to sleep in their trucks over the room!

The front desk was very accommodating for an early check in which I needed due to bad info from Carowinds hours. Breakfast was above board. Hotel is run down but you get what you pay for. It was clean.

It was absolutely amazing. I liked everything about this place.

Room was cold so that was our only plus. Breakfast was cold cereal that a family was over protecting and hovering over … so bring your own breakfast. We ended up going to grab breakfast out in town over the continental breakfast at the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. If we had other options we would of went elsewhere when we arrived. But we would have lost our payments, as we were told. Hallways smelled like pot, outside smells like garbage and pot. An altercation took place in the hallways of our floor that we could hear last night. Just an overall hotel that needs to be condemned.

I made a big mistake booking that property. Everything was dirty and the smell of roaches was disgusting. But I have to say that the front desk lady was very profesional and understood the situacion right away. I left the same day to a Holiday inn.

The only thing good about this hotel was that the girl working the front desk was polite. Everything! The room was dirty, there were ants on the bed. People live there year-round. Light didn't work in room and the lamps were rusted. TV was fuzzy. Ceiling had water damage. Only one door to get in that was opposite of where you park. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel and just left after an hour. The topper was that the couple next door we're having sex right by the door that connects to our room. I was with my daughter so I decided to just pack up and leave.

While I was one to the front house keeping told my lady to get out like I was one of them bad people but the manger got that straight

The night shift worker was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Did not listen about the WiFi password not being long enough. And proceeded to walk off. Instead of showing me the correct WiFi to use. Very unprofessional place. Oh I never been to a choice hotel I couldn’t take my food to my room while I got dressed. I would recommend a different one in the area not this one.

The breakfast

The room was very clean though a little worn out but the AC worked great! The breakfast was better than expected! The offered hot waffles, warm scrambled eggs and biscuits with warm sausage gravy.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! It's infested with roaches. The staff is rude AF and the place is packed with junkies and dope boys. This place should be shut down. Definitely not a place for families with small children
