Staff is friendly. All of the rooms are not completely renovated. The room smelled and looked clean. The air conditioner worked beautifully.

Upon checking in they wanted a $50 security deposit even though I stay here often and have never had an issue. Didn’t get to check in and slept in my car. I need a refund. Never again. And staff was very rude

This was a nice hotel for the price. The staff was very nice. The hallways were very fresh. The public restrooms were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like the pool was outdated but great location for rock Hill.

The rooms were a good size and pretty clean. My air conditioner went out and my TV didn’t work. They did give me a new room without any argument. The new room they gave me didn’t even have a tv but I was just happy the air conditioning worked.

Well on top of the staff and their excellent hospitality they are pet friendly and that is what originally brought me too this establishment and it exceeded my expectations I don't think that it could have been any better unless they would have had a swimming pool LOL just kidding really not really but really

It was horrible I checked in and checked out within 10 min I did not stay there it was disgustingly dirty and I felt unsafe

Location Cleanliness, price for what it was

The smoke smell was unbearable in my room.

The room appeared to be clean, but saw signs of dirt scum near the walls, floor hadn’t been mopped (white socks got dirty), ok for price and 1 nite quick stay.

No bars of soap (or any other products) in the washroom. Hair dryer was broken and wouldn’t work.( I reported it to the checkout desk.) No in-room coffee or other amenities. Breakfast was minimal. No hot food. ”Recently Renovated” they must have hired the cheapest workers possible. Very poor workmanship. But better than before.

Room smelled like smoke. Property was dirty, with trash around building and lot. Extremely noisy, people banging on doors, yelling and running most of the night.

Room 122 was very small.

Good location and it was clean. My door was jammed and the cleaner knew it. She just taught me a way to open it (striking the handle upward). There were two times that it took me almost 5 minutes to get it open.

Easy checkin, friendly staff, clean and very comfortable room. Quiet. Pet friendly

Overall the stay wasn't bad. Though I would recommend bringing your own pillow, and some form of white noise. There was a few times when loud guests woke me up as they were talking loud outside the room. That's not on the hotel though, just something to keep in mind with the particular style.

Well maintained room

The room was very clean I asked for a handicapped accessible room. It wasn’t. I called the front desk and they said they didn’t have any room that were handicapped accessible. I asked the lady at the front desk when I was checking in. She said it was. Then less than 20 minutes later she said they didn’t have any rooms like that. The TV was not working or anything. I would cut it on and it would say no service. So for 2 days I watched tv on my phone.
