Nice staff. Room clean. Older property but nice. AC worked fine.

It was horrible I checked in and checked out within 10 min I did not stay there it was disgustingly dirty and I felt unsafe

The smoke smell was unbearable in my room.

The room appeared to be clean, but saw signs of dirt scum near the walls, floor hadn’t been mopped (white socks got dirty), ok for price and 1 nite quick stay.

No bars of soap (or any other products) in the washroom. Hair dryer was broken and wouldn’t work.( I reported it to the checkout desk.) No in-room coffee or other amenities. Breakfast was minimal. No hot food. ”Recently Renovated” they must have hired the cheapest workers possible. Very poor workmanship. But better than before.

Room smelled like smoke. Property was dirty, with trash around building and lot. Extremely noisy, people banging on doors, yelling and running most of the night.

Room 122 was very small.

Easy checkin, friendly staff, clean and very comfortable room. Quiet. Pet friendly

Overall the stay wasn't bad. Though I would recommend bringing your own pillow, and some form of white noise. There was a few times when loud guests woke me up as they were talking loud outside the room. That's not on the hotel though, just something to keep in mind with the particular style.

Well maintained room

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Door loose, even with deadbolt locked.

Room was recently updated. Bed was comfortable. AC was great. Towels could definitely use an upgrade. Door didn’t completely seal shut even when dead bolted. Unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower in room 128 and I killed a roach. Thankfully only saw the one. Otherwise the stay was great.

Horrible

The staff was unfriendly, the toilet paper wasn’t attached to the dispenser, trash everywhere, and my wife felt unsafe. We checked out and left within the hour

1. No mirror over sing for shaving, cosmetics, etc. 2. Paint peeling in bathroom in many locations 3. No smoking room with cigarette burns around sink and on toilet 4. Bathroom vent fan not working and in disrepair 5.Smoke detector hanging off wall and wires not connected I would NOT RECOMMEND you staying at this particular Red Roof Inn Location. Although it is a major "brand" motel I would go with one that is better than this one. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Front desk staff wanted nothing to do with any assistance as they could barely understand or speak English! Published breakfast had almost NO ITEMS to eat!

My room was not very clean and was infested with bugs. The front desk moved me to another room but I just couldn’t get comfortable even though I saw no bugs in that room. Some of the furniture/fixtures was brand new and some were is disrepair. The mattress was horrendous- it visually sagged and was very uncomfortable.

This place is haunted

TV service remote control not paired with TV had to turn volume up and down on and off from TV inconvenient.

The property is in good condition it was the TV service the remote control was not paired with the TV. I told them about it but didn't get any results.
