This hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing. Everything was very clean and very well kept. I had an issue with the toilet in my bathroom and it was resolved in minutes. Housekeeper even came to make the bed and pick up the bathroom while we were gone. They have a bar and restaurant and the food was pretty decent. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

I make a point of staying at this hotel when driving through Charlotte! It's SUPER clean, new, quiet, and the staff are excellent. I asked for a room away from the elevator because my mom is a light sleeper, and the woman at the front desk put us all the way at the end of the hallway. The beds are very comfy, the comforters are heavy and the pillows are diverse! If I could give them infinite stars I would.
