Holiday Inn Rock Hill by IHG

Great hotel, very clean, very friendly staff.

Clean room helpful staff

Clean rooms staff very nice and friendly breakfast awesome !!! Overall stay was excellent!!!

Clean room, staff friendly, and breakfast was great

The facility is always spotless. The staff is extremely helpful. I love the convenience of having a restaurant and bar there. I travel for business this facility is priced reasonably, the rooms are large and beds are comfortable. I travel as a single woman, and ai always feel safe here— and it’s very quiet!

Staff was amazing! Would have loved to try amenities but too tired! Fresh fruit for breakfast very nice!

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Great breakfast choices.

Everything No issues

The staff member that checked us in was excited to see us which was refreshing since we came in from Florida.

Very clean and breakfast was great

Staff was great and pleasant. Property was well kept and lit. Room was clean. My only issue was the fact the fitness center is located on the 3rd floor; my room was on the 2nd, just below the fitness center. I had to hear the noise of people working out at 11pm-12am. The fitness center happens to be 24 hours. It sounded like someone was rolling bowling balls above me. I was not warned prior and will refuse that room again.

Great property @ great price.

The water in the shower only got mildly warm. Floors in room were a little dirty. I didn’t like having to wait to use the laundry. Only one washer and dryer caused a line to form quickly.

Cleanliness

The best holiday inn i ever stayed in everything was wonderful and awesome

People on the same floor as me it was on the 3rd floor and they was smoking marijuana...I really cant stand the smell of it and it took away the experience of the hotel.. dont know if I stay there again... it put a bad taste in my mouth... im IHG member too... we have daughter going to winthrop and we stay on dave lyils.blvd its a great location.. ill probably go back to Staybridge right across from it...

outside the facility.

I always wipe down my hotel rooms, and this one did seem like some surfaces had not been wiped well enough previously. Shower needs a deep clean. Otherwise, the hard floors are nice. Plenty of shelving and counter space in the room for bags, etc. Couch had a stain or two so I didn’t sit on it. Loved the bed. Very comfortable. Microwave could use an upgrade. I used the gym. Nice lobby and outside patio. Nice place for a quick overnight.
