The room was nice… but when you say you have a full kitchen I would at least expect a frying pan of a cookie sheet. I left salt and pepper for the next guest bc there was NOTHING… not even paper towels. If you want anything go buy it bc they do not offer anything…. This is BARE mimium i am surprise that Expedia uses them. Its a great concept but not well executed

When I first got there they walked me to my room and it smelled like urine. She said she would get the cleaner to clean it again and when I came back it still smelled like urine. The entrance area to the rooms the door did not lock like they said it would; unsecured. The beds were extremely hard. The front desk people said they would move me to a better room then they wouldn’t.

The check-in process and check out process is horrible. I know some things are out the control of the staff however if you promise a customer something you have to follow through

The property was terrible. My door wouldn't lock. The pull out sofa was nasty and dirty. The host was very unprofessional and nasty she did not want to be at work or do her job!

I’ve never rated a property this low before, and honestly, if it were possible, I’d give it a zero (0). Without a doubt, this is the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced! To start off, we were told by the front desk staff person that only one key could be supplied to a couple (which we were eventually given another after strongly requesting); though the key stopped working before the stay was over, causing us to wait outside in 90+ degree conditions until a staff member came and made us new keys to get back in; the apartment/room was ridiculously nasty and non-accommodating. It was very humid, even with the air conditioner running and had a smell as if the ventilation system filters needed changing; the door trim was partially missing; spider webs or dust lingering from the kitchen light over the eating area; the dishwasher was not mounted and fell forward when trying to open or use it; there was thick grease running down the wall over the oven; there was no oven light nor light over the stove (microwave surface light); the oven was filthy inside; coffee pot was completely unusable; coffeemaker was disgusting; pizza pan supplied in the cabinet was rusted and had transferred rust stains to the cabinet shelf as well; the bathroom toilet had a ring of mold in it. Pictures are attached to support our complaints. Because we got into town late, we were checked in by the staff (in our absence) so we were not able to see the room in advance. We did ask to get the coffeemaker and pot, as well as the rusted pan replaced but unfortunately, the replacements were almost as bad. We had been previously informed that there were no refunds, but we still left a day in advance.

We were given a room with someone already checked into that room. When we did get an empty room there were MULTIPLE dead bugs and debris inside the window sill. Won’t go back.

Would never book here again.. drove 12 hours and when we got into the place it hardly looked cleaned. No one ever came to restock the toiletries or towels etc. Extra sheets that were given for the pull out couch literally had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a sheet left on the pull out couch with fecal stains on it. Upon leaving yesterday we also saw cockroaches. Never again. outrageous price for 3 nights not worth it. Not to mention every time we needed to talk to the front desk no one was ever there.

I asked for the manager to call me 3 times with no response , the lady who checked me in was very RUDE My door wouldn’t even latch, which I had to fix it myself, was told it will be fine and maintenance would be there at 8am Explained I didn’t feel comfortable with the door not latching closed Was told there wasn’t another room , seems multiple people was having issues with their doors as well the had to slam the door for it to even latch. I had no key card from Friday 5/9 to Friday 5/15 My husband came in town the day after I did I had called for over 20 mins to get someone to answer and let us in after working 12 hour days, I don’t expect to have to call for over 20 mins to get in my room. I went in and asked if it was fixed and the Manager was actually in The front office with another gentleman both was high smelled like weed in the office . I asked is the key card was working she stated so very rude I’m working on it!!!!! Asked if someone could let me in my room She told me to go to the court yard and someone should be there . Then I had to extend my stay for 2 more days and tried to charge me for 3 nights ..

Mold, all in the tub, smelled like someone just smoked in the room upon check in, stains on the couch/walls/curtains/etc.. Fridge was nasty, oven inside and on top was horrible.

the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours.
