Our room was clean, breakfast in the morning was good, coffee was a bit strong but ok, the front desk clerk Kathy was very friendly. Had cookies for us in the afternoon and those were good also.

The system was down when we online registered so that it never took my reservation. When I arrived there was no reservation even though I had made one online. Thankfully they had a room available.

Breakfast was excellent! Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service and that was disappointing to our family. We booked this hotel to get a swim in after a long days drive.

Late check in and was able to request late checkout bit didnt and definitely should've. They start knocking at 9 for checkouts. Otherwise comfy and spacious breakfast was good

Microwave in room 230 did not work besides the timer. Also was put directly below a room with a ton of kids. However once a few hours passed and I finally called the front desk they asked the kids to stop running around, jumping, and screaming at 6am. Staff was very nice about it!

The staff is outstanding, very helpful, gave us ideas as to where to dine out for dinner and the breakfast was great! Separate the bedroom from the tv room and you are done !
