Extended Stay America Suites Rockford I90

Bathroom couple use to be updated and a little more counter space in the bathroom. Kitchen was ok but there was a hole in the countertop on backside of stove. We unplugged the fridge as we weren’t using it and it was making a loud noise. Was good for the price for a quick night

The property was not the cleanest, you could tell it needs a deep, disinfecting clean. Also ver outdated, needs upgrades for sure. Toilet bowl was filthy. I would rate it a 4/10.

My husband clogged the toilet as soon as we checked in. I went to front desk. The clerk and maintenance man were there. The maintenance man was painting. I cannot remember the young man's name, but he immediately accompanied me to the room and plunged the toilet. He even took the luggage cart back down for us. So nice. The man who checked us in (I think his name was Wally) was very nice and helpful. The other guests who took the luggage carts to their room's the night before. When I went to the lobby at 6:25 a.m. to get a cart, they were all gone. We had to make 3 trips down to the car. I do not like when guests take the carts and hide them in their rooms until they need to use it. I would put trackers on the carts or put them behind the desk in the evening after guests have arrived to make it fair to all guests in the morning for check out

Beautiful place tucked in the back behind some other businesses. Beautiful view and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. If you love the outdoors, Rock cut state park is just a few miles away!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly!! When I came to them about a problem they were VERY nice and helpful. The door to my room was broken, looked like someone had slammed it shut or kicked it. And the air conditioner wasn't working right either.
