Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Hallways and elevator was dirty, and the breakfast was just ok. There were no protein options or low carb.

The room was clean and very simple. We had trouble with our key cards working. We had to try them up to 10 times to get the doors open. The room needed new flooring and the bathroom door was splintered and painted over. They had a very small breakfast and couldnt take any of it back to your room. I dont think I will stay there again.

Nothing It was under construction and I was denied entry!

Pillows were very thin had three to make one. Bed a little hard. Very noisy from highway.

I like the location I have some issue with my door

Also, I didn’t like having amenities in guarded rooms

Next day no one cleaned room as asked because "we don't have any housekeeper's" as we were told and we had to go down to get new towels On top of that there was construction going on and that was not disclosed from the beginning so taking a nap was out of the question I wouldn't have came to a hotel under construction I drove 5 hrs to relax and that wasn't the case Terrible and won't be back

The property was clean and well maintained, which is a big plus.

You get what you pay for… they are trying to improve and they get credit for that…

I got there for 2 hours sleep with my daughter. When i got there they said my payment was declined ever after i showed her it came out of my bank account. Blood on both beds sheets and no toliet paper. I will not go back ever

The fact there was a 100 dollar deposit, and I found a live roach in the tub.

The room was terribly smoky. It was described as a nonsmoking room but it smokes like a smoking room. Terrible.

The staff was nice and worked with me The traffic noise sucked and the beds were firm

Close to what we were doing and staff was very nice No coffee maker in room, the king size bed had 3 small pillows, dirty windows and mostly carbs for the breakfast

On check in, I asked if an automated wake up call was possible, and the desk clerk said yes and would set it up. The next morning, the call never came. Luckily my phone alarm worked. There was a strong smoke smell in my room in the bathroom, even though it's a non smoking room. I left the property to eat, and upon my return there were 2 individuals in 2 different areas (not designated areas) smoking Marijuana and another group sitting in yard chairs being a bit loud and drinking beer. Breakfast was mediocre at best with apples as the only fruit choice, toast, packaged pastries, muffins, waffles and cereal (no yogurt). You were not allowed to take coffee (or anything else) to your room. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What you got for the price was reasonable.
