Location Pool and hot tub closed Phone did not work Heat and ac would not work Tv did not work Shower head broken Actually called management to view issues before checking out

Ti couldn't get the room key to work. The maid giggled and finally got me in. I left and came back 2 hours later still couldn't get in. I had to walk a long wall to elevator and i use a cane. The desk made a new key and I still had to stick it in several timesvut digit in. The desk said maybe the battery was week , no one was around on Friday evening touching it.

The staff members were professional, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. However, my suggestion is that before securing a reservation, you check that all amenities are available.

The place is being renovated and is looking good!! Breakfast was great!! Room was good accept the stain on the carpeting, they are replacing it thought so no big deal!! Everything was fine!!

It was never ever mentioned, but it’s under massive construction. Very messy. Baseboards all pulled up. In the rooms, in the halls, inside and outside - construction renovation everywhere and it’s incomplete in every aspect I saw. 2 star quality at best!

Overall everything was excellent. Bed, breakfast, area were exactly what I expected from Hampton inn. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable didn't know they were remodelling, but there was no noise or dust.
