Courtyard by Marriott Rockford

It was a very average day, the lobby was very clean and updated all the bathrooms in the rooms I needed some upgrades. Overall average day.

After 8pm thru 5amnext morning people were partying first thought it was kids but no adults and some landed next door to us. Sounded like someone was bouncing a basketball or any against the wall, loud talking , extremely loud laughing Running around the halls out in courtyard Then in the morning around nine, someone excessively pounding on our door when my husband opened it it was a slightly clad woman and then she just said oh sorry, wrong room. We didn’t tell anybody at the hotel and we were kind of a way to really tell anybody, but we will never stay there again.

The room is kind of private from the rest of the suite. Quiet and easy to navigate around the hotel. Staff was very helpful with everything.

The front desk check-in was easy and worker was friendly. Downhill after that. We were put in a handicap room where the shower drained to the middle of the bathroom and made the entire floor wet. The room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet in the hallways was run down. No complimentary breakfast (pay for breakfast is expensive!). The pool is tiny, do not believe the pictures. The photos make the pool area look way nicer than they are. The workout room is just a couple treadmills and some kettle bells. Would not recommend.

Everything was amazing

This hotel charges for parking and we got an additional charge for a "restaurant room charge" that was not indicated on the booking information. So the cost of the room listed on Expedia ended up being less than what we paid. I was not happy about the additional charges.

Clean room with great air conditioning.

The water pressure was horrible. The bathroom ceiling had cracks and mold on it.

Better elevator access Food options/Service/quality were less than desirable
