Everything great

Loud. People outside screaming at the top of thier lungs and fighting which woke us up at 4:30 AM and went on for at least 30 minutes. Hotel did nothing to quiet including calling the cops?!

The breakfast was fair.

Room very clean, bed/pillows comfortable!! Only issues were the pool towels and bath towels. Very scratchy, small and too thin.

Do not buy breakfast at time of booking it is misleading you pay $23 and get a voucher for $20 off your meal

This hotel advertises free shuttle bus Beware the service is spotty as they didn’t have a shuttle driver While they did get us a taxi the taxi driver was rude and obviously was not happy that she had to pick us up. There was not the usual breakfast provided. No coffee in the room. For the money we paid it was not worth the stay

We were just quickly passing through - the hotel was perfect for what we needed

We had a room w 2 beds reserved, but were given a room w a king bed…. for 4 of us. They told us that they didn’t have any more rooms w double beds available, despite my reservation which clearly showed 4 people and 2 beds. The guy at the front desk looked closer and said “yeah… someone changed you to a king room on our end.” We were told we could wait and see if the last guest that reserved a room w 2 double beds available room arrived and were told “if he doesn’t arrive by 2am, we could have the room.” awe had 2 kids w us and that was not an option. After a phone call to a manager, we were given a room w 2 double beds. After that, hotel was fine. We had spent 11 hours on a lacrosse field and the amazing water pressure in the hotel shower was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the pool for about an hour.

It served the purpose for the weekend. The location was ideal for the large group of women riders coming in for the world record ride, being around the corner from the casino. Breakfast was spectacular! The room was clean, large, and the beds were comfy...except routine maintenance was clearly lacking. Goopy repairs on the window screen that were clearly needing to be replaced rather than mended. The shower head handle came off in my hand when attempting to shower, the screw/stud was entirely warped from several reapplications. The handle clearly was yanked on too many times from guests not seeing the plackard stating to pull rather than turn. Again, it shouldnt have been patched over and attempted repair when it needs to be replaced. This is a management-level neglegence rather than inept maintenance, just to be clear. Spend the few dollars on a new screen, replace devices that are unserviceable.
