It just really was too bad that the hot tub did not work. It would have been nice prior to booking.

Disappointing that Breakfast was not included (read it wrong on app) and was available for purchase but the "dining area" was not really suited for a larger family (5). Also has been a long time that I have been at a hotel that does not at least have coffee in the lobby for guests. Hot tub was drained so unusable. Front desk staff in the morning seemed annoyed when we asked for a towel for the pool, as the previous nights used towels had not been touched but they were out.

The hotel was very clean. Plenty of parking to park my truck with a trailer. The staff was very responsive when we had an issue. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable a great layover stay on our way up north.

No issues with this property what so ever. Close and convenient to what we were there for.

Checkin was very smooth. I dont recall the name of staff member to give a shoutout, she was very nice. The hotel is about a 20 min drive from the venue of IronMan start, but it's in an area with many other hotels and restaurants, so it was convenient from that perspective. The hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, staff ever helpful. They also made special arrangements for our event - specifically freshly brewed coffee in lobby - as people would left early in morning for race. Thank you.

No free breakfast too expensive for how small the room was. Shampoo conditioner and body soap empty asked three times for it to get filled. Didn’t get extra towels or pillow like I asked.

We didn't get to stay they took one look at me and my husband and said we don't take the card you got and ask us to leave they was very rude to us

Exceptional property. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Pub has an excellent menu bar maid / waitresses in the evening was outstanding. Highly recommended.
