Best stay ill come back again

The room smelled of old cigarettes…. lots of dust on top of the hair dryer in the room and dust/dirt along the wall.

The TV was inoperable, the manager tried to fix it and couldn't. There was no other room with two beds in which to move AND we were informed we would have to "try" to go through a third party to obtain a refund for the room. The problem was Red Roof's in not providing a fully operable room with standard amenities.

Check in with the computer is awful. Sheets were not clean.

The keys were not working about 4 times so we had to go to the office. They have a robot to talk to and perform requests..wierd.

Location Well one of the rooms the kids couldn’t even watch tv was reported they did nothing to fix it. Second room 107 every like 10 mins the tv lost internet connection so you had to power it back on over and over. No ice machine. Charged an extra $200 for my one dog for a week when it says pets welcome. Oh wait that’s not even the best of it. Don’t use the towels or bedding because if they have to wash them for the next guest you get charged $75 if they can not reuse what you used. They kept my deposit they said the towels and bedding were dirty and you could tell they was used. I mean isn’t it your job to wash the stuff before you put someone else in the room? If I would have j own that best believe I would have washed those as well. Will never return as you don’t know who has used what and I don’t feel I should pay for something you should wash between guest. They have a small walk way to walk your dog but couldn’t even walk them there because there was so much poop no one picks up. I would suggest going across the street they are friendlier and way cleaner

First time in red roof in and it wasn’t so bad! Better than other motels actually

The property is in bad shape on the outside, but our room was spotless, it had everything working like it should. Really happy with our stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. An added bonus was that the property is right next to a Starbucks.

the water was not verry hot for the shower

Overall, underwhelming for the price. If booking, make sure you’ve got a source of entertainment ie, laptop, iPad, a book. Though there is a television, their dish signal is sketchy at best. I utilized my iPad the entire weekend because the tv was loading/ buffering the entire time. Also, the shower pressure is waaay less than desirable. Other than that. Good location. Don’t be intimidated by the surroundings.

Paid full price and missing all the amenities Ice machine was broken Check out was a computer man in a white box. Not even a real person. He said go have some coffee at the counter while i have staff check your room to get the 50$ refund they require beyond what i had already paid in full. So i go get coffee and its really cold. Which im guessing its pretty old to be that cold. So i was going to try the hot water for tea. BUT NO TEA bags either. I was not impressed.

The location to our activities and cleanliness of the room. When we booked(in January )we asked for 2 rooms on the first floor due to health issues and we were booked on the 2nd floor. They were able to switch one of the rooms, but not the other because they were sold out.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Had family come in from out of town for a party. They checked in. Went to the room. It was dirty. Both beds unmade etc. The housekeeper yelled 20 minutes. I'll be done in 20 minutes. Who wants to stay in her room that only takes 20 minutes to clean. They left and went to a different hotel.
