Good place to stay

Couldn’t use the pool because it was filled with dirty people the entire time. The breakfast was garbage. The room was ok. I liked the setup. Was a little more worn down than I expected. I did like the room overall though. I will not return. I will pay more to stay at a nicer hotel next time i need a hotel in Rockford.

Was disappointed. Traveling with a family of five. Had to put down a sheet over the sofa covered in questionable white stains. Bathroom was filthy with rust and brown dirt stains.

Property is beaten up…furniture in room and at dining area worn..dents scratches, chipped, needs some tlc. No fruit at breakfast.

My bathroom light didn’t work the whole stay and my AC didn’t get cold.

Just make sure they honor what you paid for, since sometimes they claim an update was made and your plan got changed because there were no notes on file.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel was very clean. We’ll try the pool on our next visit, not enough time this go round.

Great location and the stay was great

It was nice

The whole place had a strange smell. I did not like having to get the pool key and towels at the front desk each time we took the kids to the tiny pool. The continental breakfast was less than good and the coffee pots were empty each morning when I went down to get coffee. Not a quick enough turn around by the kitchen staff. I would not stay here again.

Good solid hotel for the price!

This hotel was an okay stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Very friendly helpful staff

The internet was not working the entire stay, we had to switch rooms the air was not working, the staff was asked several times to refresh our room

Its a low class la quinta smells pretty bad

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Liked the suite setup, having the bed room separated from the living quarters. Typical continental breakfast.

Elevator are dirty and not maintaining the cleanliness. Continental breakfast was good .. need some fruits maybe. Shower head was very low and not strong enough. Staff was very friendly . Smells someone smoking weeds .

Only complaint & it's a big one is that our non smoking room smelled like smoke.
