Hotel Weston RFD

Disappointing

Everything. Plus we got bitten from bed bugs.

It was clean and worked for what we needed on our budget but didn’t feel comfortable staying there for 2 nights and wished we had just booked 1 night. There was someone that appeared to be a crackhead lingering in the parking lot. The pictures or the place are not current. Will not be staying there again.

They put an elderly couple with their 2 small grandchildren out on the street by police for not receiving payment early enough from booking dot Com. I feel that was criminal and you stop sending them business! The staff!

At this hotel they did not have coffee for you in the morning no one to talk to after hours you're talking to a kiosk you don't know what what type of information they're keeping with that kiosk I do not like that overall experience was bad not a good hotel to book never again

Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. No bugs! The building is very run down. It's a case of "you get what you pay for" & I didn't want to pay much, so it was just fine for my needs.

Nothing. My employee didn't even end up staying because of how awful his first impression was walking in the lobby and attempting to check in. EVERYTHING. I booked this room for my employee, even put under the special request section that I booked it for my employee and gave his full name and said he has full authority to check in and out and get an extra key card should he need it. There is no employees in the lobby, just a kiosk with a person communicating through it. There was also NO AIR CONDITIONING in the lobby on a 100 degree day. The man communicating on the kiosk gave him such a hard time about checking in, my employee called asking for help. I could hear the man yelling at him. I could also hear another disgruntled customer attempting to check in as well. My employee expressed he felt uncomfortable staying there, so I told him to go ahead and leave.

Stayed on second floor - balcony sliding door would not lock and sliding bar door bar would not lock either - felt unsafe during my stay.

Property did not have a secure lock, the room was not clean and people were fixing cars on the property.

Do not stay at this place. The pictures do not do it justice, I ended up leaving after a couple of hours with the noise, smell and overall condition.
