Yes the room needs a deep clean and upon arrival I was issued a room and when I went to the room open the door someone was already staying in that room how does this happen something could of went wrong fast and I didn't even get a apology

It was cheap. Room was filthy (found dirty socks hanging in the shower and toilet paper stuck to the walls), linens you could literally see your hand through, even non-smoking room smelled of smoke, people who clearly call this place their home loitering outside staring at us and didn’t say a word. Did NOT feel safe nor comfortable. We were dead tired and just wanted to sleep or else we wouldn’t have stayed.

My room wasn't made when I checked in. There was garbage all on the outside. Hallways, the driveway in parking area was broken with huge potholes, and it smelt terrible.

My wife and son were there for only minutes and the property is rough to say the least. Got refunded and chose another hotel.

Staff was nice Run down. Dirty. Very ruff place.

Breakfast consisted of coffee and cereal The bed was nice and comfortable Most of the staff didn't speak English Outside of the property was not appealing or clean House Keeping was terrible They had only one good housekeeper out of three The other two should be fired Didn't clean tub sink toilet or do any dusting Head housekeeper should be fired too He suppose to make sure room is clean Front desk staff was kinda rude but other that my stay was okay I would stay there again Housekeeping horrible Front desk staff rude Breakfast only coffee and cereal Outside property unkempt Microwave disgusting Vending machines had old snacks Dog shit everywhere Criminal activity on one side No Housekeeping on Sundays But overall it was okay for the price

Disappointing

The hotel looks like a dump on the outside. People hanging around outside the rooms, smoking, drinking, listening to music, and being loud. Floor not swept or mopped inside the rooms, bedsheets looked used, and there was a dirty towel hanging.

In all I should have done more research than I did as we only needed a bed for the night and a shower in the morning... both of which would never happen there! Horrible place.

Walking into the lobby one was instantly met by dog stench and someone was living out of their suitcase in the lobby . Also the pictures of the facility are deceiving.

Recently remodeled Open drug use on the premises, and a sketchy location.

Well, I couldn't even check in as they cancelled my reservation with no notice. Shame on me for booking via booking.com I guess? They never asked for a credit card (should have been my first clue that I was making a mistake), then when I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. They eventually did find it but said it had been cancelled. If I wanted, I could wait around to see if anyone didn't show up. Confirmation numbers mean nothing. Lovely, thanks for the notice!
