The elevators were extremely slow. That’s the only complaint. The rest was great

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, but there were limited options for my family to eat (gf/df allergy). I grabbed a fruit cup for my son and coffee for me, but it would be nice to enjoy included breakfasts at hotels without the risk of eating something that could make us sick. At least label the food, would be would a plus. Yes, even sausage can have gluten fillers and prepared eggs are often mixed with powdered condensed milk. I just get tired of asking to see the box the food came out of, so I we just bring our own breakfasts on our travels. Overall, if you are passing through or need a clean and friendly place to crash, this a great option. It is off the freeway but I didnt hear any road noise. Air conditioning worked great too!

Perfect size room that we were looking for.

One negative is that they do not have charging stations for EV cars.

Stayed here on business for two days. Everything was perfect! Staff was excellent, rooms were spotless & the free breakfast was great.

We booked three rooms for a family weekend reunion. The rooms were great, the staff was friendly & the pool was clean. It was a terrific weekend. We will come back!

The room was clean and the ac worked in the rooms. The halls are not air conditioned. The elevators are very slow and they are small so there was always a wait. The stairs are pretty far from the elevators but accessible. Cute area and cute studios. I would stay again for the night.

STAFF & MANAGEMENT: Helpful, courteous and professional. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: Good choices, perfect light meal before getting back on the road. ROOM: Clean and well maintained. Some wear here and there, but nothing gross or weird. LOCATION: A good location if one is attending a local concert and/or needs local shops like grocery stores, home goods, etc.

This property was well maintained. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and there weren't any horrible or odors as I walked to my room. I have had that experience at other places overall I would recommend this place.

Room was clean, staff did a great job of keeping it clean. Staff were nice and helpful. A/c was incredible despite the 111F heat outside. It kept our room very comfortable after going to the nearby parks with the kids. Their pool is open till 11pm which was awesome for the kids. Only thing I can say something a lil negative about is the lack of grip on the tiles around the indoor pool. You gotta be careful or you'll slip and slide. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staff very helpful! Had an issue with our refrigerator so they replaced it with a new one. Our only small complaint was at breakfast. We got to the buffet area and the main entree ( scrambled eggs) was almost empty. I found enough for 1 scoop of partially browned eggs. Several folks came by after me but there was no attendant around to ask when there would be more. We sat in the lounge area to eat(about 20 minutes) and never saw an attendant .

Very clean, well maintained room. Convenient location. Staff was accommodating. When exact room expected was not available, I was quickly offered an upgrade to a suite with no additional charges. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very clean great staff

I would rate almost everything as excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no social hour on the nights we stayed. It would be nice if the hotel could offer it on additional days. This is purely a personal preference, but there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and the shower pressure was quite low. Other than those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Staybridge Suites to friends and family.

We couldn’t sleep good cause they put us in room 218 right by the elevator and we could hear and feel the dam elevator open & close all Dam night

second: Room had a loud musty odor, pupil hair and a bit of water in the bathtub, was missing dish towels and stovetop did not work Third: The day I was checking out I saw a roach in the bathroom The elevator was small and stuffy with no air conditioning and could hold only 7 occupants per the warning sign affixed to it Staff was horrible. I send to front desk to complain and advise about the roach but Leslie pretended she could not understand me (I’m fluent in 3 languages with English my main language) so I checked out I wish I could have a refund because the experience was very frustrating- felt like the Twilight Zone

We always stay here because it’s it’s a good hotel. The only reason I gave it a couple low stars and areas was because they have an ant problem in the breakfast area.

5 stars for a 3 star rated hotel..

The staff was pretty non committal. You might get words. You might just get a pointed finger or a grunt. The breakfast ladies were amazing. Cheerful and helpful.
