The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and explained the new parking payment requirement. I didn’t fully agree, but understood why the change occurred. The parking fee was reasonable and was a separate charge from the room stay. However, the QR code is only at the front desk and lobby. I think the hotel should have a poster on every floor or in elevator so guests can pay for the parking after getting settled in the room as oppose to scanning the QR code at the front desk or lobby with luggage or restless children.

Surprised the parking was extra.

Great rooms! Our favorite place to stay in Roseville!
-
I had to switch 2 rooms - staff was excellent with services though…

Great place to stay

The hotel was average. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was irritated. There were lots of teenagers prepping for sports and families. The halls were loud and did not quite down until midnight. The elevators were dirty and garbage on the floors.
-
Great location for Thunder Valley concerts…10 minutes A delicious warm breakfast buffet was constantly being refreshed by the nicest woman who’s smile made everybody’s day.. Looking forward to the next concert

Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, breakfast was good. Great stay for a softball tournament.
-
It was a very good hotel. Just wish they made effort to tidy our room and swap out towels when we were at soccer tournaments. But would stay here again and maybe ask the front desk for this request.
-
bed in handicapped room was just laid on floor making it impossible to get out of
-
Pros: Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast. Con: No free parking for hotel guests.

I literally fell into the bed; very low and lumpy mattress, and pillows were so large (puffy) I used a rolled up bath towel instead. Staff was very nice; especially appreciated that breakfast went to 10 AM on Sats and ckout was later too. Good breakfast except only 1 4-slice toaster and had no bread at all on the spread, just bagels and muffins. The eggs were good but there was only sausage, no bacon. I appreciated that it was quiet and that the price was reasonable.

Great hotel! I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great place after a concert at Hard Rock, Thunder Valley, or Toyota Amphitheater.

We did have to go from 11:00am to 3:00pm on one of our days without water. It was an extremely hot day, so we had to go find something indoors to do during the time without a restroom. There was no compensation for being without water in your room during that time. We also didn't realize you had to pay to park through a third-party vendor. We paid $10 per day

Great location close to the freeway, yet the area and the parking lot feels safe. The room was big and comfortable. I loved the kitchenette and coffee maker. The beds were sparkling clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with many items to chose from, the oatmeal was delicious. My daughter and I went to a concert in Wheatland and staying here was the perfect location. Great place for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room beds were comfy

Nicole the front desk girl was super friendly and helpful getting me checked in early. I made a separate booking after I made the 1st and stayed 2 nights under 2 reservations. We got in early but unfortunately the air conditioner was broken. It was 81* and no window that could be opened on a mid July day. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. After that my husband went to get food and I heard a small knock and then housekeeping walked in. She was just as surprised as I was. The next day I found a large cleaning brush by my shoes under the bed. My friends were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned so they couldn’t check in and my other friends room wasn’t available at regular check in time. Thank goodness Nicole saved the day getting me checked in early.
