5 star experience from check in to check out. Check in staff super nice, wife was in a wheelchair so they made sure she had a special room. Nice clean updated rooms. A++

The shower was great and I wish I had that water pressure at home! I got dinner from the cafe downstairs and the bacon cheeseburger and fries were excellent. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked great when I grabbed some OJ. I only stayed 1 night while traveling for work and I will definitely stay here next time.

Came in for a quick work trip. Staff were amazing and sweet. Location was very centrally located. Hotel was very clean. Free breakfast also was a plus. Overall a great stay with no complaints.

Everything was fine except the air conditioner rattled intermittent all night long. From talking to the front desk clerk, it sounds like others have also complained about the a/c units. They also charged me more than the Expedia rate and a week later I am still trying to get them to adjust my credit card charge.

Stayed for a wedding at venue next door and it was a perfect location. Room was large and clean.

The front staff was super helpful. The room was quiet and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Other than that, The hotel is good stay if you’re just stopping by. We had kids with us so cleanliness is always an important factor for our family when staying at a hotel.

Only stayed one night, nothing memorable good or bad. Location is good.

We arrived at 4:45pm and had to wait 30 minutes to get our keys. The staff didn't offer any compensation. The room was okay, but it had no power outlets on the night stand for my CPAP machine. We waited another 30 minutes for an extension cord. The breakfast was very minimal. Overall it was way overpriced -- it had no elements of Hyatt luxury. It's just a basic hotel.

Stayed here to visit with family in town. We were in a quiet location which was appreciated.Overall it was fine, but the pillows were too soft and jacked up my my neck.
