We have stayed at this property several times. It feels like our home away from home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We just love this place - it has everything we need!
-
Nice quiet place. It was a comfortable stay. I did not like paying for parking! That might cause me to concider other options next time.
-
Fantastic front staff, well-stocked suite, and the entire property was very peaceful to rest in. If you’re looking for a stay in the area, look no further!

After checking in I was told to turn right to elevator, I started to turn left and corrected myself, front desk lady made a rude comment. Horrible experience!!!@@ Don't stay here.

Spacious suite was perfect for our needs.

This is a good hotel option. It could have been cleaner. And the phone did not work, but good overall.
-
Missing utensils otherwise it was good!

My stay here for four nights in July was superb. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Parking plentiful. Chocolate chip cookies available at the front desk were delicious. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, but my stay here was absolutely great.

Phones in the room do not work
-
It’s pretty rundown and in need of upgrades
-
It was clean inside and out. Staff was very helpful

Thank you. We appreciate everybody’s professionalism and attention to detail.

The hotel was relatively clean and the location is great for those wanting something central in Roseville. I have to say that breakfast situation is interesting. You must order your continental breakfast the night before on a piece of paper, then pick them up at the front desk in the morning. Twice, my parents didn't get what they ordered and were not offered anything to correct the oversight. It seems like the management took the restrictions imposed during 2020-era Covid and ran with it as an easier alternative to actual service and hospitality.

Very well located , clean

The room was very dusty, outdated electrical, phone didn’t work, closet had no hangers, iron don’t work. There was a very bad odor as if it smelled like pee in a corner do the bedroom and the couch

Staff was great and pleasant. The room was very nice and spacious. I did not get to use the amenities. Was busy with family. Felt safe staying here.

Great location by Roseville galleria but not by the traffic. Only complaint is they charge 12.00 a night for parking in a multi used are lot

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our tv they came right up to fix. No incidental fee which is a bonus!
