They seen I had a friend and I got a cheaper room with one less bed and they gave me a room with extra bed for my friend which was really nice and it came with the balcony I also wanted so 10/10 service on the woman up front I was greatful

The carpet in the room seemed dirty and the toilet was so low it was almost impossible to use

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The property was in good repair including the room. We did not participate in the breakfast or evening happy hour. The property was convenient to Roseville and easy to get into from Sunrise. You need to leave through the Fairfield parking lot to make it easy to return to Sunrise Blvd. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was nice, but too hot to use since it got the morning sun. The room had coffee, but no tea. We used the room strictly for sleeping and showering, since we were attending a family reunion. Room 301was quiet and at the end of the hall.

Charge you $12.00 to park, complete rip off... Could not access Netflix, YouTube TV... Maryott was "upgrading" TV System and it's " not working" according to front office. Sign on side entrance (to make for easier load/unload room had sign saying KEY CARD ACCESS FOR THIS DOOR DOES NOT WORK, WAITING TO GET FIXED. All in all, a bad experience.

Quick basketball tournament trip with my family! Enjoyed our stay but really wish they had a pool. Would stay here again.

The hotel has a Starbucks and fabulous staff throughout the hotel.

No microwave in my room. The bed and pillows etc were very comfortable…very cozy.

Staff was very nice. I had a new hire who thanked me multiple times for being patient.

Bathtub was messily gixed with silicone. All the amendments were out of reach for shower OR Bath

The room was nice and the TV was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a microwave. I was surprised a parking fee was charged since it wasn't noted on the website. Also the website states a breakfast is available but again doesn't state there is a fee.

No complementary breakfast bar! Our Starbucks breakfast for came to $250. Really disappointed in no amenities- if you wanted to use a pool - had to go next door to the Fairfield Inn! Plus - hotel was so hard to find - and - entrances and exits - had the go only 1 way (right turn) go for blocks to turn around... poorly planned!
