It was Ok hotel. Not too clean

Clean, breakfast was good!! And the pancake maker was my ultimate favorite! We’re coming back!

The hosts at the front desk are better than great..they care about the guests.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out as one of their accommodation. The breakfast was so, so, but we weren’t there for that reason.

The staff was friendly, King Suite room was spacious, close to a fantastic waterpark in Roseville. Infestation of ants in not one, not two, but in all 3 rooms we were moved to over our 3 night stay. At some point a hotel just has to shutdown for a few days and fix the issue. They were in the bathrooms, the kitchenette, in the towels and in the bed. ARGH! I’m sure this will be fixed soon and if ever in Roseville again, I might try them again. But, geez! Would ask if there is an ant problem. This was pretty gross. And they didn’t even offer to refund a night. That was highly disappointing.

Great breakfast included! Everyone was friendly, location was great!

Clean and comfy- great coffee maker and breakfast

It was nice having a clean room daily. The only thing which needs to be addressed is the lock getting in the room. It was extremely hard to get in the room. They tried to reprogram the key and maintenance did come out. It was still very difficult to open. Lock may need to be replaced.

Convenient, clean and comfortable bed. Used the weight room. Breakfast choices were broad but not much for low carb. Weight room had only one 5lb weight (lowest and one missing) - very small room - 3 people using at once

I requested early check-in, no problem, ultra-friendly staff! Upon arrival, was informed that construction was in progress. Hallway was covered with plastic some ram board coming out of some rooms. Arrived to room, one of two keys didn't work. Turn on tv for background noise, didnt really realize until 11pm ish, that either the TV or remote wasnt working, so channels wouldn't change, also the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. Would of gave an awesome review, if the rooms were as clean as the staff is friendly

This is our place to stay in the Sacramento area. This time they were updating the rooms which makes it a bit awkward if you are there during working hours. However, it looks the update with make the rooms fantastic when it is complete. The regular size room is an adquate size. If we were staying there for a longer period the larger size room would be better. All the rooms we have stayed at have been quiet. The breakfast is a decent standard breakfast. Easy access to the freeway which is very helpful for us.

I've been staying here once a month on work travels for just over a year now. Always have a good experience while staying here.

We want to thank Fernando, in the maintenance department. He went above and beyond to assist my daughter and I with backing our Uhaul truck out of the parking lot. He was amazing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and the mall. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
