Staff was excellent. Very low water pressure in the shower and outlets were loose.

Super clean & staff were amazing
-
Wish Expedia had been clearer that breakfast was not included in the price
-
Good breakfast but it is always the same

The staff super friendly and nice! The lady working night shift on Sunday 7/26 around 7pm was the absolute BEST! So relatable and felt like friends!

The room was clean, breakfast was nice and the staff was very kind.

Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and super helpful!

I did call in that we would be arriving late night. But when did, we didn’t feel welcomed from the single staff. Actually made us wait a bit before opening the front door for us. I have never felt unwelcome when arriving to any hotel.

We paid $26 per night for the breakfast buffet at the time of reservation on the Expedia site, but we were denied the buffet. We were asked to either choose and pay from the breakfast menu items or pay per breakfast item, such as a bagel for $4 or an orange for $3. The conversation was not professional or friendly. I will never again stay at this hotel as a frequent traveler.

I understood about not replacingvthe bed sheets as we were only there 2 nights, however, I would have thought they wolud have given us new bath towels to replace the wet ones we used on Friday night.

Hilton Garden Inn was an amazing stop. Our front desk staff when we arrived July 5th was amazing. She was so helpful, kind, and a perfect example of what a front desk receptionist should be like. Our room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable, pillows comfortable, and everything worked great. We loved the pool, gym, and breakfast options that were available. The only wish would be to have some sort of continental breakfast included (something light like fruit , hard-boiled eggs, etc)… overall, we had an amazing time here and loved how close it was to the waterpark and dining options. Thank you!!

consistently a great place to stay

The fridge didn't work. There's no fan in the bathrooms. The toliet was old and almost not functioning. The breakfast was nearly $20 a plate instead of free like every other hotel in the area for the same price. Definitely won't be back.

Helpful staff and comfortable space!

We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us.

Since the property did not have hot water for the 3 we stayed, it was a terrible experience. The staff did not offer any reimbursement or was there any rush to fix the problem. The hair dryer was filthy, the bathroom sink was clogged.

I have stayed here twice both times the chair in the room upholstered with cloth was worn and stained . Suggest they get vinyl or faux leather . This time I pulled my bedding down to climb in bed and saw small black whisker type hairs between the bedspread and top sheet so called the front desk . They brought me new spread and sheets but I had to strip the bed and make it. Also the coffee stirring sticks were missing out of two open packets . There were also quite a lot of gnats floating in the spa by 1700.The staff were all very helpful and offered help if I needed anything so A-plus there . It was just an ok stay for me . I will probably try somewhere else next time . I did appreciate the pool and free parking . Breakfast you have to pay for there . There is a small work out room too.
