Residence Inn by Marriott Roseville

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The area by the kitchen clearly had a prior guest who had urinated and the carpet was barely clean and it was awful. Told the manager and I quote - thanks for letting us know.

The room needed.se attention the toilet had some bad scarring from a toilet drain clearing tool also the furniture needs some deep cleaning from a stain here and there

The property was clean and quiet. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Kitchens fully equipped.

Got a bottom room, heard people above the room walking around all night. I guess that’s why they provided ear plugs on the night stand?

The halls smelled like onions for some reason. The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible and you felt all the bars, it’s the Marriott not motel 6. The master suite room had a closet for the heat and air and it sounded like a train the entire night. They knew about that issue for they had ear plugs on the nightstand which still wasn’t enough to block out the sound. The pool was so over chlorinated that your skinned burned. Was told there was a fitness center but it was actually at their facility Nextdoor. My sister went later to purchase an ice cream at 9 pm and was told their card reader was out and they don’t take cash and upon check out I asked to have our room compensated in some fashion, a discount would’ve been very fair and warranted and was told there was nothing they could do unless I was an envoy member now tell me why would I want to become an envoy member to the Marriott when they’re establishment and service is so subpar. I am extremely disappointed in the Marriott franchise. Do not waste your money on this property.

Overall the place is good. We just had bad luck on the room we stayed in. It was next to a main road and it was loud, we could hear all the cars driving by. Our neighbor were loud as well.

Room was unavavilble so paid for another room on another card and atill got charged through here for a room I never got

However my family had a blast in the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We had the best lobby coffee there.

Clean room very spacious even had utilities to use for cooking and everything definitely would recommend this place

Housekeeping staff was great. Parking fee was not my favorite.

I chose this place because it was cooler weather and they had an indoor pool. It was okay, but the hot tub was gross and nobody would go in. That part did not match pictures at all. Again, the staff was wonderful!

Nothing about this hotel was good. Indoor pool had a bunch of mosquitoes, staff wasn't really friendly or approachable. It was not worth the money. Oh the pull out bed was paper thin.

Great staff. Everything clean and well maintained. Good reference to nice nature walking trail nearby.

This location is great. Love the indoor pool and spa. Our room was very spacious with a full kitchen! The only negative thing I could think of was just the noise from the elevator traffic. Our room was close in proximity to the elevator. People and children would be noisy and rambunctious waiting. (10pm+)

Clean and comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants close by...easy access in and out.

Excellent location. I would stay again

There was practically no hot water..it was luke warm, at best. Neighbors upstairs could be heard all night long walking around. Breakfast left much to be desired.

The staff are amazing and very accommodating to not just my needs but everyone. I know ill be visiting them again, safe feeling with my child.
