Front desk staff was unfriendly. Toilet was clogged when we got there. Would not make the pull out bed and was unfriendly when we asked for additional pillows.

Breakfast service was nice and staff was friendly to work with. Rooms on the other hand were not well maintained. We ended up checking out after day 1 (for a week long stay) because the AC unit was too loud to sleep with. It sits in a closet within the room and ran like a F-150 engine. We tried turning on the ceiling fan instead and that also made noise while operating. We also noticed hair in the shower and seemed like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

Great first time staying in this Hotel. There was a side door that was offset and didn’t lock- Called the front desk and they were going to work on it. Never went back through that door to check. Clean, quiet, room was spacious.

I don’t typically write however I felt like this was probably one of the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was just not cleaned properly. There was used sponge underneath our kitchen sink and a used k cup . There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands with. The hides bed was missing all of the linen and when I called the front desk, they had me come down to get it, which isn’t a big deal but when I did, the manager smelt so strongly of marijuana the breakfast in the morning was OK. It was a basic breakfast, which is fine. I didn’t love the idea of multi use butter where everyone is sticking the knife in it instead of single use but again it’s not that big of a deal just strange for a hotel to have multi use things like jelly and butter. Overall, I felt like the rooms themselves could’ve probably been maintained better.

Great kitchenette in the room. Breakfast was always hot and delicious with lots of choices. Pool and Hot Tub could have had better towel service but the front desk was always willing to provide additional towels. Kitchen Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

I made my reservation about 2 months prior to my stay and received a call literally 10 minutes before pulling up to the property (1 hour before the 3 pm check-in) telling me the room I had reserved was under maintenance and they no longer had a room for me. They said EVERY room in their hotel was taken and they had no where to place me. There was an event in town and every hotel in Roseville was booked so I had nowhere to stay. How a hotel doesn’t have a back up room for this situation is beyond me. Worst customer service ever!!

The place is in a great location to the hustle bustle of Roseville. The hotel seems to be up to date on, and it was clean. the pool was closed, the facilities were out of propane, it appearred that the maintanance staff needs to be up to par for such a Hilton

Location was nice You didn’t have enough clean towels and the pool was close all weekend. Your propane tanks were empty, especially for memorial weekend

Staff were wonderful. They were dealing with what they had. Especially the receptionist working Sunday evening she was great. The pool was out of service and between the two grills and fire pit there was only one propane tank available that we had to move around from grill to fire pit.

Place didn’t feel that clean and they only service your room every other day. Ice machine on the first floor was broken, and at one point the lobby women’s restroom stalls were either clogged or out of toilet paper, which makes me think they aren’t regularly checked for cleanliness or functionality. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall a B grade would be generous.
