Everything was really good Except tepid shower and low pressure. Also no place to plug your phone next to the bed. It’s across the room on the desk

Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most properties have changed to this method of climate control especially as hot as it is in Texas. Got hot at night before AC would switch to compressor. Only positive is that the room next door partied until 1:30am and that’s when I called the desk. They were responsive and the noise abated.

Cleanliness They put us in someone else’s room with the wrong welcoming package and our keys were deactivated because of the internal system not being secured

This hotel never disappoints! Every time I visit Rockport, this is my hotel of choice. The property is consistently clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient to everything I need during my stay. The excellent service and comfortable accommodations keep me coming back time and time again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was a very clean property and attractive in the design of the hotel. The staff was very nice! The only thing that was not very well done was the faucet in the bathroom. The mirror had been placed so low over the sink, the faucet would only come up a little so not much water to wash hands.

The room was clean and bathroom was spacious, but needed a little TLC in terms of maintenance. The air conditioner worked well, but was a little loud at times. In-room coffee maker and mini fridge, but the fridge didn’t seem to get super cold. Free breakfast was available but wasn’t that great. If it were just these small issues I would have done 4 stars, but the reason I gave them 3 stars is because there is an awful blue film over the windows. It’s super harsh on the eyes and we had to keep the curtain shut during our stay.
