Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suites

The room wasn't very clean, we found a cockroach and then on our last day we found a flea on the bed. The sofa bed smelled awful , the room itself smelled awful . The staff were very nice but the property is old and musty. Breakfast was okay , your normal hotel Breakfast.

The Biggest thing is Parking. Parking is so limited and then they let trucks with trailers on the property and block the whole parking lot. Second thing is the property has a smell like old

Everything was great! Clean and we really enjoyed the pool. Very clean and relaxing!

The place has old damp smell. Nothing looks new there except the front desk area. I would not suggest for families .

1. Parking is tight/tough if you drive an SUV 2. There is only 1 elevator and it is small - the trolley for luggage and only 1 other person can fit at once 3. The room was too cramped to be considered a suite. There was hardly any walking room once the couch was pulled out and everyone's luggage was in the room. 4. The suite was on 3rd floor and it looks like they converted attic space and there are ceiling windows - one in the bathroom. Someone from maintenance was on the roof by our window while I was in the shower with a clear view of me in the mirror. Unbelievable! 5. Found a roach in the bathroom. 6. The hallway is hot and the room was musty upon arrival and took hours to cool down . 7. Breakfast was disappointing - 2 yogurts in the mini fridge options, cereal with no milk set out, the juice options are apple and orange guava - why not regular orange juice like every other hotel? 8. It was so hot in the breakfast area/lobby and musty. Overall, the staff was all nice and helpful which is respectable, but otherwise there is a lot to be desired at this hotel, including privacy!

All good very clean space

Right off I 30. Did use the amenities. That is why a lower score. We were there 12 days. Kept the room clean for us. Had to add a day. No problem. Did not have to leave the room. Just paperwork,

I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The property is dated. It’s clean but the space is tight if you drive a big vehicle. The room was clean but dated. Needs a towel hanging space In The restroom. The breakfast was good. Love that they have directions posted for everything. Overall not bad for price in today’s market.

The hotel is in a spot that's a little difficult to get in/out of & the parking lot is right but once you get inside it has been renovated & was clean & comfortable for our one night stay.

A desk in room. Smells like mildew. Double beds are fulls and not queens.

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was fine, although it was very musty inside. There was something wrong with our air conditioner, which made our room have a very distinct odor, which was hard to miss.

Good Would have been better if Booking.com had not sent our reservation to Best Western stating “guest will self pay”.
