We had to cut or stay short due to hotel being in poor conditions. Beds are too old we felt the wires of the mattress when laying down. halls had dog pee everywhere and the smells its awful.

Definitely not worth a even a cent to stay there. Place looks more like a rent by the hour motel.

This place was nasty. The room had a small kitchen; the burners and burner pans were filthy with burnt on food; the refrigerator was filthy, the floor was dirty like it hadn't been moped in weeks, and someone else's hair was stuck to the bathtub. The TV also didn't work, even the employee couldn't get it to work

It's located near restaurants and other shopping stores. A/C leaking since we arrived and when I notified the front desk, she had me come down and get towels to hold back the water. It was finally fixed on the 3rd day. Stains on the bedsheets. When I notified them, she had me take the stained sheet down and gave me a cleaned one. The mattress cover also stained. I found a cheeto in between my bedsheet and mattress cover. Rottweilers staying a room away from us that owners could barely contain. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she asked me what the problem was. Never again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Thinking the "suites" name made me believe this would be a good property but there's no coffee, no pool or real lobby. They did not clean the room. 4 persons 2 towels. Took Awhile to get clean towels because they don't keep a stock, had to wait for them to wash towels. It served our purpose but I'd look elsewhere next time as the person assisting at the front desk not friendly. Although it allows pets to stay there, there's a stale smell in the the elevator

I booked this reservation for my guests, with check-in on Thursday and check-out on Saturday. Due to heavy traffic, they didn't arrive until approximately 1:00 a.m. Friday morning. Upon arrival, management informed them that because they checked in after midnight, they would have to check out at 11:00 a.m. that same Friday. This made no sense, as they had already paid for Thursday night and their reservation was confirmed through Saturday. I had to contact Expedia to intervene. Even after Expedia confirmed the reservation details with management, the staff continued insisting that my guests leave. The entire situation was unnecessary, stressful, and poorly handled. I would not stay here again based on the way this issue was managed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Pictures are AI please do not reserve here. I walked in walked out. I also ask for a refund and I didn’t not get it. Both the establishment in this website.did not give me a response for my money back. I will not be using this app again.

My kid got bit by a insect and had a reaction. I’ve contacted the hotel to resolve the problem and did not want yo help. Covers had blood. Place was dirty and smelled bad.
