The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. In the first room we were given the air conditioning was not working properly and it did take them several hours before they finally moved us to another room at our request.

The room cleanliness, comfort pleasant environment. Hard to find. The main Hilton is on the same road and my navigator could not find just that one and the sign was hard to see.y family had a hard time finding it too.

Always my stopping spot in Rockwall, this time was a miss. The room had a bad odor (BO) and I could not sniff it out! If I were there more than 8 hours I would have asked to change rooms - it seemed to disapate by the early morning? Housekeeping, clean the shower door sweep, it easily pulls off and goes back on. Sometimes its the small things. But I will return! Hidden, off the beaten path and busy roads. Great if your visiting the lake area.

The continental breakfast. Unfortunately, due to internet system problems, not able to check in for over one hour.

The beds were comfortable. The 4th floor a/c wasn’t working in the hall. Our room was extremely hot. And this is probably the only hotel that didn’t have a coffee maker in the room, plus no ice in the ice maker. Glad we were here for only 1 night.

Solid breakfast, cozy room, free weights and a good selection of kettlebells in the gym made this a great stop to spend the night

We always stay at this location due to easy access. Our room wasn’t cleaned, but management has resolved this issue.

The smell of room fresheners was too strong. throughout the hotel and heavy in the room. AWFUL.

Our room was very clean, very comfy bed, staff was very professional and helpful. The Harbor was in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rockwall and is very easy to find . We stayed 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned. The shower door did not close so the floor would get soaked. Outlets in the room did not work, WiFi did not work, 2 of the lights wouldn’t stay on and would flicker constantly.
