The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was terribly hot during our visit, and we could not set our air below 71 degrees. It became very uncomfortable throughout the night. They advertise having a Starbucks. They basically have Starbucks brand coffee. That's it. I also thought I was getting a better deal staying here than where we usually stay. After paying $22 dollars to park mine and my daughter's car, I understood why.

Loved the Starbucks in the Lobby open at 6 am. Quick stop for us.

This is a very nice property. The only complaint I have is that when you book it, it says parking is included, and when you get there you have to pay $11. That isn’t a large amount, but it kind of rubs me the wrong way.

Love the location by the river and close to downtown.

Would have loved a pool but overall the stay was great. Eunice the bartender is your own personal concierge. She knows where to go, what to eat and how to experience the city to the fullest. She made the stay feel like home and treats you like family!

Place was clean and easy to find Never in my life have I ever had to pay for parking at a hotel no matter how much I had to pay. Also it was very disappointing that some sort of breakfast wasn’t included. At the price we payed you would think coffee and a muffin would have been included. It’s not like Rome is a big destination stop.

Great spot by downtown and easy access. Eunice who tan the bistro was just fantastic and such a positive person who everyone in our group loved.. Desiree at the front desk was sweet. Ridiculous price to park. Not sure why

For the price of the stay in this hotel in Rome, Georgia, we should not have to pay extra for parking. I was also disappointed there was no complementary breakfast bar. Or a pool. Even the Days Inn has all of that.

The entire place was immaculate, and very close to downtown. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the water pressure in the shower was very poor. This was 11:00 PM at night.

We have stayed here before and the hotel is very nice. The problem was they did not have our reservation from booking.com and no rooms we left. The hotel was not the problem, Booking.com sent me confirmations the hotel had our reservation, but the hotel did not and they did not have any rooms. Had to stay at a differnet hotel.
