The location was close to everything and restaurant and big breakfast included There was construction around and we couldn’t find our way to the pool

The location was perfect for our visit and allowed us to walk over to the Sight and Sound Show. The gift shops were nice. Loved Cafe 23, food was great Nice walking area. Was just a little drive to Kitchen Kettle and Bird in Hand.

Generally, we were very pleased with our 2 night stay at Hershey Farm Resort. The convenience factor was huge. If you're attending a Sight & Sound production, you can't ask for easier access. We also attended a concert at The American Music Theater & it was very easy to get to from the resort. Other attractions that are close by are the ChooChoo Barn, Strausburg Railroad & Pennsylvania Railroad Museum. The food offered at the Hershey Farm Resort was very good. The grounds are impeccable. There are 2 reasons I didn't give them a 5 star review was that there was not an elevator to access our room which was on the 2nd floor. This is not made known when you make your reservations. Between my husband & I, we have knee, ankle & shoulder problems, so it was a challenge. They will provide help carrying your luggage if you ask, but that doesn't help getting yourself up & down the steps. If you have similar issues, make sure you request a 1st floor room (even then, there are about 8 steps from the lobby to the 1st floor). My other comment is that the bathroom in our room was the size of a closet (not exaggerating). Pics online do show that some rooms have larger bathrooms. Maybe they're handicap accessible rooms. We would definitely stay here again, but will request a 1st floor room & one with a larger bathroom. Also, they are building a 35 room addition with an indoor pool that will open in the Spring of 2027.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel since it’s right next to the Sight and Sound Theater. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet is right there in the hotel and is extremely convenient. We love the gift shops too.

It's a very large property,we have problem with a lot of walking. We never did find the pool area, never saw any signs directing to the pool but a very nice friendly resort with many amenities, The location to us was a little remote from where we like to go during our stay.
