Furthermore, the condition of the room was substandard: - There were hairs on the bedsheets, the floor, and the toilet seat. - The toilet seat was loose and unusable. - Two of the towels provided were dirty. - The toilet paper had not been replaced with a fresh roll. - The complimentary shampoo bottle was half-empty. - The closet was missing a door. The following morning, my request for a different room was denied. I was told that the shade would be installed and clean towels would be provided. However, the shade was never installed. Additionally, of the four "clean" towels I was handed, three were stained and dirty. No resolution was ever offered.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has been run down over the years and needs major investment for equipment replacement. Two separate ice machines were broken. Bedding and linens were clean. Staff doing the best they can with what they have.

This was a nightmare stay. First we checked in took 25mins for someone to come to front desk. Went to the room and when we went in there was a flood in the room. Staff cleaned it up and put towels down. Woke up the next morning to another flood which i slipped and fell on. The ac wasn't working. Went to shower and the tub was clogged and couldn't shower. Notified front desk and took then all day to fix anything. Manager eventually came to speak with us and moved us to another room. This was after 2 days. When they unclogged the tub they left all the mess in the tub for us to clean. The 2nd room also had a clogged tub. This hotel is overpriced. The only thing i can say positive bout this hotel was the breakfast was good. Natasha was awesome. Stay away from this hotel. You are better off staying at the Holiday Inn next to it. Clarion should be ashamed to have there name associated with this hotel

Only stayed one night but the staff members were friendly and courteous. There were upgrades in progress so it was obvious that they cared for the property

We booked a couple months early. We called that morning to say we would be checking in late then started our 9 hour drive. At 1035 pm we got a call saying they had no room for us because of some pipe break. We pushed back and they said they would put us in a bigger room but with only one bed (we were traveling with our kids). They said they had tried to call us earlier but we had no calls and no msgs. They offered to put hideabeds in the bigger room but we would have to move the next morning. We chose a different hotel and cancelled.

The is the best hidden gem I have ever found and will BE BACK! The courtyard was amazing!
-
Room was ok but when we took our shoes off and walked on the bare floor, our feet were black. They must not mop them. The outside looked nothing like the pictures on their website. It looked a little run down.

-
The facility was clean and functional with easy access to local destinations.

This place needs to be renovated. There was tape holding the nightstand together!!! The furniture is old and needs to be thrown out. I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years, and something has definitely changed. I will not stay again.
