Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. People seem loitering around the surrounding area, some seem questionable. Room had no closet or any provision for hanging any clothing. Don't think would stay there again. Fireside Tavern next door was really good. Had dinner there twice.

I immediately reported these issues to the desk girl and she moved my family to a much cleaner, nicer room in a different building, which was alarming because this room was available when they selected the other room. My room came with a single king bed and was clean and well kept, however, there was a substantial leak beneath the bathroom sink, which I reported to the same girl, who said she knew, and referenced that this was why i was not put into this room first, which made no sense because this was not the room I wanted switched. The next day during checkout, I was asked to provide a credit card for no real logical reason, so I declined. The desk girl was very nice but she said she was asked by the manager to get it, but the rooms were paid and I had already provided and ID, it was very odd. This is the last time I will stay here.

The place was in a great location to the Sight and Sound, which was our destination. The service was helpful, the breakfast was healthy and verity was unexpected. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the advertisement that was on point.

Our first room reeked of smoke, fortunately we were able to move rooms to one that smelled like booty soaked in cleaner. It was nice to have continental breakfast!

Poor security with exterior doors propped open, generator running all night, no sweeps on room doors to deaden sound. Towels so old they shredded when used. Broken ice machine

Very clean room and bathroom

The room wasn't very clean. Dust layers on the furniture amd the cabinet door where the fridge is doesn't shut all the way. They ran out of yogurt at breakfast also. The outlets on the stand between the beds wouldn't hold anything in them . Whenever something was plugged in, it kept falling out.

We liked the proximity of getting your room from your car. We liked the location where we were away from all the hype, beautiful view, and a wonderful restaurant next door. Sight & Sound and Hershey Farms is right down the road. Friendly staff and clean room.

The Inn was very dirty. Dog poop on the main walkway near the pool. The hallways smelled, the room was dirty, there was a dead cockroach on the carpet floor near our bed. The bathroom had mold on the wall and under the sink. Cobwebs on the walls as well.

The pool was great and the fitness also.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is near everything we wanted to do on our trip. We will definitely be looking to stay here when we come to Lancaster again next year.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 yrs. They started to revamp or redecorate the property. It’s reasonably priced and comfortable.

i arrived to a dusty room, requested a resolution and damaged bathroom floor! housekeeping came again and did the job. after i requested another housekeeping the day previous to our departure i told them twice in person but they managed to forget! The receptionist didn't seem to understand proper english its a indian family that manages the hotel. If you want a higher standart hotel thats not for you! i also didnt like the guests some were weird weird! its a low budget hotel to stay for a few days thats it! only positive is the location is good!

Upon check in the lobby was very dark and gloomy . Definitely was not inviting . I asked for daily housekeeping and did not receive any . I asked the housekeeping staff about it and they acted like English was not a language . They stared at me like deer with headlights . I realize this property is value priced but I honestly feel as if I paid to much for the service that was provided . Next time I’m in town this will not be my go to place .

I really enjoyed my stay. I went with my family, the kid enjoyed the pool. Its very close to sigth and sound theather, the breakfast was good, the room was very clean and the staff were nice as well.
