Quiet Everyone threw trash smoke smell in building

Space, clean, rate, comfort. Winter weather management. Customer service. Could barely hear or understand the guy I talked to many times on phone, noisy background and went in and out. Having to deal with eviction for lack of rent payment. Barking dogs. Anybody loud in hallway went right through room door. Mostly lack of communication and nobody to talk to in person. Not to mention the crazy girl in the room directly across the hallway.

N/A I don't like it that there is no small towel for shower ah ah!!! I arrived into room and the carpet is dirty not vacuumed.

I was not happy about the issues with the parking lot after the snow and the sidewalks were not done to take trash out so i was stuck putting trash bags in hallwaymy bathroom has roaches since day 1and i have said something afew times all i get is ok sorry

Clean and warm

It's good and laid back. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. Decent price. No pest problems. You can hear everything in the hallway outside my room. No landline telephone in room. The sofa in my room is less like a pull out sofa bed and more like a futon. It says no pets and there are definitely dogs here, which I don't mind except for barking in the hallway. The property's ability to treat sidewalks and parking lots before a snowstorm, and then not plowing as much as possible so that when you shovel out your vehicle, you have clean road to continue to get out. The phone communication with anybody is hard to understand because of the phone I think, and not the accent.

Can't beat it unless you're needy. Nothing to dislike about the place . Close to Rutters, Strasburg pizza, Beer distributor. That covers it am I right

It was a nice room for the price . The heat felt amazing and the hot water was very hot. It could have been cleaned better. When we first walked in, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Then we did some deep cleaning of our own and you should have seen the trash and dirt underneath the tv stand and behind sofa bed.

There's no onsite laundry there's mold in shower I paid a cleaning fee every week for a year and a half and no one not once ever asked to clean my room I couldn't even get toilet paper and when I left they wanted to send me an ignorant message saying I took their sheets and towels and I was flagged but I gave them all their belongings when I moved into that room because I had all my own things. Very rude person on the phone and thru texts. My daughter stayed in a different room and her room got robbed. The front door is broken and so is side door so the "secured building" isn't so secure. They didn't even shovel the sidewalk after all that snow. Not a good place to stay

Snow removal/plowing/ shoveling and treating side walks. Very dangerous. and no phone in the room.

The room was incredibly dirty. (Shower not cleaned previously, ac unit covered in dirt and dead flies, dust all over towel holder, faucets were filthy, bathroom floor was not clean, dirty sock found behind nightstand, and room floor was not vacuumed)They only provided towels for one person. Shower curtain liner was ripped and tattered. We got locked out of our room and so did another guest; owner not very responsive. The internet also didn't work and there was no tv remote. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

NOTHING!! Biggest problem we had was that we NEVER received the property code keys. We called for them; waited on the phone in a loop for over 20 minutes; then, received a call from one of your Representatives. The Representative indicated he would call back in 5 minutes to provide us with the property code keys but NEVER called back. We ended up having to find other accommodations as we were unable to reach anyone to get these codes.
