The rooms are not together

Nothing Unclean linen, sheets, comforter, dusty bed frame, and furniture. Moles noticed on pillows/pillow case. The room is infested with insects. Breakfast is a scam. Also, no housekeeper available to assist whenever the need arises, only one staff member on duty. No security was present on the property. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Breakfast was bare, just two kinds of cereal, tea and waffle mix. Bedsheets were dirty and room stank of weed and urine mixed with dampness but the front desk staff changed rooms promptly for us which made the stay pleasant. The second room was ok.

The reception and the room had an awful smell, the sheets looked dirty, the cabinet handles were rusted. Just horrible

Was denied a room because I cut my leg bad while shaving and I got blood on the towel!! He didn’t even give me the chance to explain what happened. Then I asked for a receipt that shows I was refunded and he refused to give me a receipt showing I’ve been refunded.

Location was great to wedding site. The motel did not get my one room cancelation from booking com. I had cancelled one room on the 16th because my brother was sick with stomach problems, but Super 8 stated that they were not notified by booking Com. It made me very angry n spoiled my time with family.

I was absolutely harassed by the lady at the front desk. I was on my period and bled a little bit on the sheet and she literally threatened me and said I had to pay her that she was calling the police on me and was gonna file a report, she then proceeded to lie and said that I broke the TV and when she opened the door, the TV fell off the wall, which was a complete lie. I will never be staying here again.

Close to people I was visiting Bed was very soft . House keeping tried opening my door on checkout day Saturday at 9 a.m. Checkout time was not until 11.

Water pressure sucked!,no door to restroom... didn't have place to put your soap and shampoo in shower.

First and foremost, the receptionist was extremely rude and talk to me like I was ignorant. I’ve never had an issue with checking in when I use Expedia, but he couldn’t figure out for some reason how to get my booking situated. I was stuck at the front desk for way too long, trying to get it figured out and then he finally figured out what he was doing wrong on his end., they will ask you for a deposit, even though you go to Expedia, which is ridiculous, the ice machine didn’t work at all, and the breakfast was horrible. It was very basic items. They didn’t even have eggs or bagels or anything like that. Breakfast is not worth it here. The only one thing I can say was amazing was the cleanliness of the room. I really liked them a lot so if you’re looking for a nice clean room, I would give that part of this hotel a five star.

First I asked for a top floor didn't have one when I got there but said yes I have one for you when I book it second no ice machine and the ice machine was sitting in the lobby
