Very quiet and clean Good location and very easy to find

Stay was ok. The facility has a wet towel, moldy, water damage smell to it. The building has some cracks on the wall. The trash can by the elevator was always full.

Room as nice and staff was very nice First room they gave us had a horrible chemical smell to it but they where very nice and gave us a different one second room was better but we chose this hotel because it had breakfast and we went down right at 8:30 (was told it wasn’t over until 10) and it was all cleaned up. My three year old was very upset and we ended up leaving earlier than we had planned to be about to get her something to eat.

Everything was new and clean. The staff were professional and helpful and the lady on the weekend shift was terrific, she was knowledgeable and very helpful to us. The AC was great, even the customers were friendly. Good group of people. Good location and good pricing for our stay.

It was surprisingly an ok stay. You can tell the owners are trying to make an effort to improve the overall experience. The room was clean. It was a great budget friendly stay. I would choose to stay here again.

Breakfast was fine but there were no protein items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms recently updated and a nice bathroom design. Curtains effective. A faint musty smell in the room was disappointing. This is so common across Houston Inns and Motels but not businesses and homes. In any other city this would be a real negative but its too common in Houston area to do more than shake my head.
