My family and I were disappointed in the breakfast.

Check-in was quick. Breakfast was underwhelming. Needs an upgrade. But it filled our need for a good nights sleep.

Staff were courteous and good-natured, polite and helpful. Location appeared peaceful and serene; good eateries all around. The clothes on the bed to wrap myself while sleeping smell bad instead of smelling of soap, as evidence of cleaning after previous use. At night, it looks like the toilet had a push-back smell that particularly disrupted our sleep each time you wake up to use the restroom.

Needs a complete makeover and upgrade. Water pressure is horrible and taking showers or handwashing seemed like a chore. It took forever. No ceiling lights so the rooms looked dark and dingy. Bathroom needs upgrade. Staff were amazing, the hotel is just very old. Looked like a hotel in the 80’s western movies.

Room entryway smells like mold. Food left in the fridge from previous guest. No protein for breakfast.

A/C worked ok, room did tend to get hot. No swimming pool which was disappointing. No hot breakfast or real variety.

I stay here for business trips. Good value

Clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff.

There is barely a lobby that has dirty old furniture we don't even want to sit it. Also, the furniture does not match; seems like odd and end pieces. It is not a place you want to be in while you wait to check in, especially if you arrive early. We asked if we could check in early and they wanted $25.00 per room (We rented 3 rooms) to check in early. As well, there was a smell, not pleasant at all. What they call a breakfast was packaged pastry, awful coffee, some oatmeal packages but no milk, and yogurt, and it was only available from 6:30 am to 9 am. The area where we should be able to sit and eat, was not set up except for a few tables set against one of walls with some chairs. All of this was very unpleasant. I did like the beds, bedding and pillows. The bathroom was clean and the towels appeared clean. The tub and commode were clean as was the counter and sink. The AC worked well in 2 rooms, one room was musty. I like that the room has a small fridge, microwave and cable TV. I hope I don't make the same mistake of renting here again, as I did this time. I rented here before, but did not make the connection when I rented again. It was too late to change. I rented about 2 years ago, and it seems the same furniture was still being used. I mentioned most of these concerns then too. I am very surprised this is a Wyndham Property.
