OYO Hotel Rosenberg TX I-69

I liked nothing about the property. After reaching there, I was told the hotel was already full even after I already paid for a room. Very bad management and I need my money back

Nothing good about that hotel

My reservation was cancelled without a plan to help me out. No refund has been received

I had reservation and when I went in to check they was no available room for me and this happened to many people also and the staff spoke harshly to us too with no sorry of what they’ve done to us

Will never stay here again

Careless faculty not clean at all

The walls had holes in them , the towels were dirty our tv didn’t work at first . It was nats in our room . Mold on the floor

I arrived into town and had not even been checked in and in my room for five minutes before I got a devastating phone call. I immediately left and went back to the airport to fly home. I called this hotel to let them know that I would need to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. It took DAYS for this and very many calls and they still denied a refund! My cousin was staying at the Fairfield 20 minutes down the road and when she got the same car she explained to her hotel and they refunded her right away.!! it’s ridiculous how an actual nice hotel like a Marriott would be understanding but this tiny hell whole hotel couldn’t. When I called to try and cancel the reservation the first thing out of the front desk woman’s mouth was about if there was a problem with the hotel or the cleanliness that she would hope I would tell her. They know it’s an absolute dumpster fire

The place looked like a half way house. Multiple rooms looked as if they lived there permanently. Bbq grills, outdoor furniture. Grounds were not kept up. Office looked as if they really didn't care.

The outside and inside looked nothing like the photos. It literally looked abandoned. Every door was dirty corner and walls. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and there was a dead baby frog on floor. It smelled like fumigation cleaning supplies and cigarettes. The bed sheets were the cleanest thing in the room.

Nothing I went to check in I already pay online and nobody attended me I couldn’t check in I knock on the door and ring the bell and call the property for 30 minutes and nobody answered after I already booked online

Only thing good was the price The property itself was in bad condition. There were people out wandering around. The room was dirty the Sheetrock from the walls were coming off. The floor was dirty. The towels were dirty. There were dead roaches on the cabinets. There was no batteries in the remote tv was not working. Called the front desk and nobody answered. The restroom was filthy I do not know what was splattered on the wall. Don’t let the pictures in the website fool you. Not recommended!

Very dirty and not safe, the room smelled like weed and there was a bunch of people smoking and junkies hanging around. the floor was week on second floor and there was holes in the walls. the beds were dirty and the experience was overwhelming. we were in the room only 5 minutes before someone came and started shaking our door handle. we got up and left immediately. when we went to check out the person working didn’t ask why or even give it a second thought! we didn’t feel safe at all.

They gave away our reservation and we traveled 5 hours to get there with three kids got there and they said oh we already sold it out! When I made the reservation two days before and told them it would be around ten pm for check in. They did this to others also! Do not stay with them it's a very run down place. I will not revise it it's the god honest truth
