Nice clean room. Staff was very nice and friendly. Quiet property. Good area

Had a pleasant stay, though we had to wait 20 minutes to check in, rooms not ready. The grounds are nice & close to shops and other eateries. The breakfast was very good and the staff kept up on replenishing & keep the tables clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Not very pleasing. Sausage was horrible. There were virtually no luggage carts available and we are elderly and disabled. The staff refused to help us get one yet they knew what guests had taken each cart. We asked why they couldn't call them to return the carts. She refused. My husband is a cancer patient and I am a heart patient in our 70s. Worst customer service ever. Took us 30 minutes to carry luggage to our room. We were in tears.

Basic No Frills lodging. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Pool was a bit crowded so we didnt try it. Fitness center was small but functional. One of the two elevators was broken

Nice location, nice atmosphere. I did ask for a particular room when booking but was given a different standard double room instead of the suite I booked which was a lil disappointing. The reviews were good so that's what I went with. The reviews about the water is true, me and my kids literally bathed in our own dirty bacteria which was gross. Continental breakfast was good and was updated frequently. Pool was nice for the kiddos, spa didn't heat up during our stay. Fitness room was simple but needed, and a good workout. Security doors where a little much cause you have to swipe a couple times for it to catch but makes you feel secure due to the crazy around. We had to get our flooring done at home, so we only stayed 1 night but it was a good stay besides the dirty bath water.

It was ok

The pool was great The breakfast was great. The keys didn't work had to replace 3 times very sensitive for even though I kept it away from the phone it still didn't work. The TVs had to be unplugged and plugged that in before they was work they also didn't have any way to do Netflix or any other stations other than the TV air conditioner had to be cooked before it cooled. Also, the Decor the rooms though the pictures were OK they were hung weirdly and they had a long one hung very high and done in the second area that one picture was hung in a corner instead of in the middle of the wall over top of a light fixture very very when you look at it it just fell on with a little work. This could be an amazing place with someone that actually knew how to hang the pictures. The shower also sprayed on the outside. It was OK except it just dripped water down the center of it.
