The property itself is nice, the reception desk isn’t helpful at all. The keys are never working, in a weeks stay I had to renew it atleast 2 times a day. Next the day receptionist isn’t helpful at all, whatever we asked for anything she would say it’s not available l. Water at reception was empty, I asked her and she was like you can buy it’s anyways sink water. I was shocked. Staff otherwise is good.

Nice room

However, our room alone, the door never closed properly and in fact someone walked in late at night on us. The phone in the room didnt work. The outlets were loose and almost unsafe. The tv cuts in and out due to poor internet connection. Other than those the property is clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is right by the hwy and close to everything you need. Still recommend

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Clean safe and reasonably priced

Tub did not drain well. notified the first day we were there. Not fixes as of day 4. Sink stopper does not hold water. Plug ins on lamps not work well with chargers. Staff courteous. Breakfast eggs have no flavor. Butter has no flavor. Amount and variety of foods good. Room generally clean. TV closed caption does not work.

Food at breakfast was not kept full and not much variety. Cream in coffee was not drinkable and it was thrown out! Previous guest / someone had unplugged tv, table lights & fridge then plugged them back in but not the tv. Had to make two calls for someone to solve the issue. Not likely to stay at this not so Best Western again

The room was clean when we checked in. It was not cleaned and the bed was not made when we returned the next day.

Clean rooms and property

Our bathroom was disgusting. There was blood splattered on the back of the door and walls, hair woven into our bath towels, and found huge squished spider in the corner next to tub. Felt so gross taking a shower. Staff had called out that day so there was only one lady there at the front desk. No bartender so the bar was closed that weekend also.

The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. I honestly considered leaving and finding another hotel before I had even checked in. This experience left a very poor first impression. While my check-in experience was disappointing due to rude and unprofessional front desk staff, everything else about my stay was great. The room was extremely clean, the water pressure was fantastic, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The laundry facilities were convenient and well-maintained, and the patio area was cozy and relaxing. One of the highlights was the bar lounge, which even offered complimentary nachos. Despite the poor first impression at check-in, the hotel’s amenities and overall cleanliness made for an enjoyable stay.
