Very clean rooms

The room was clean and the workers were kind, but the doors did not lock properly and you could hear everything outside (from people opening their doors to coughing). Barely slept.

Large room with large bathroom area. parking was wide open plenty of places to park. Staff was nice. Good value for what it offered. A/C worked great. Nice sunk in Tub. Great water pressure. Restaurants nearby. Close to Freeway. Not that it mattered, but it was an older property needed a facelift. Not the best part of town, but we had no issues at all.

Was excited there was a bathtub, unfortunately the pull to change from shower to tub didn’t work. I informed staff at check out. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean

I arrived at 8:40 pm checking in for a local business meeting at a local corporate building. I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. There were homeless people in the parking lot as I arrived. I was grateful to get to the room and check the locks to be sure everything was okay. The room itself definitely had been modernized and seemed clean, it was spacious, except that the shower grout was orange. and completely gross. I settled in, but at 9:45pm, there was someone trying to get into my room. It scared me, but I just assumed maybe it was a guest who had the wrong room. At 10:30pm, there was someone incessantly pounding - like beating on it --on my guestroom door for several minutes. It terrified me, so I called 911 and explained that I was alone and terrified. Once the pounding at the door stopped, I peeked out the window and saw two police cruisers there and then they left shortly. I got a phone call after that from the police officers verifying who I was and they said that they were there for a separate incident in the room directly below me on floor one and that it had been a security guard who made a mistake and he was the one pounding on my door. I couldn't sleep and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. EVER.

I want to thank Jamie and Shanna and Lois and Cynthia. They truly are the greatest group I could have met and it’s incredible that they are all here. I have everything I need and more when I visit the Heritage Inn. Thank you all. Truly. This staff has opened my heart.

The room was clean and quiet with ample free and secure parking. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

Exceptional

The Heritage Inn has been around for a really long time! Over the years I’ve seen it change many hands and watched the property and the rooms get worse and worse. I recently stayed for 5 days and it’s like a totally different place, on the inside! The rooms have gotten a total makeover and are really really nice now! I also love how the bathtubs are oversized too! The pool was really nice and really clean. The outside of the property still looks like it did 25 years ago, but the rooms are much better! I would highly recommend! I’ll be staying again soon!

They have AC, but it’s the old kind where it’s super loud and hard to sleep through. The windows didn’t feel like they were sound proof as you could hear what was happening outside all night. I think it’s a solid spot for cheap if you don’t mind having a firm mattress and thin towels. Property was safe we didn’t have any issues, and there is plenty of parking. Staff was nice and welcoming which was a plus!

When we arrived there were two fertilizer trucks parked out front, the whole place reeked. But to top it all off, at 3 am some people started arguing and fighting outside of our rooms. I finally called the front desk and they did call the police and eventually it quieted down. I was not sure where these people were and this was the first time I have felt unsafe in a motel. It looked like workers and travelers (us) were there and all we wanted was a nice shower and a good night sleep. Didn’t get either.

Nothing special - the front desk is a little rude They said they have breakfast. Just dull fruits pieces of fruits and granola bars
