I had to wait at the desk to check in for about 10 minutes because clerk was not there. We were placed on the top floor, though I am a senior.

Exceptional

Other than a 20 minute delay at check in for something that could have been avoided had the front desk did a little more probing and thinking outside the box, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are extremely roomy and the beds were comfortable.

Exceptional

Got only 2hrs of sleep. I can hear the footsteps from the top floor. The floor without carpet is sticky and slippery.
-
Don't like the low toilets. I asked for a handicap room and was told on the email our requests were met. They were not. Like I said we couldn't watch the TV because the WIFI was not good enough to stream. No regular TV either. Movie kept freezing up. Not what my wife and I wanted after a long day of driving.

Eveything was welcoming and they even let us check in early, I will definitely be back for sure The pool wasn't maintained like i though it would be, me and daughter were out there cleaning it, with it being an outdoor pool i figured it would be better

Nice big clean rooms & friendly staff Most of the parking lot lights did not work & was also over run with very big & tall weeds. Also, the pool & hot tub were closed & could not be used which should have been posted on the site. The outside pool & hot tub were a big part of why we chose the hotel. We had teo rooms & the vanity light over the mirror & the bathroom ventillation fan did not work in either of our rooms
