Pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Hot not working.

Staff was very helpful. Nice stay.

The outdoor grounds need a lot of work and cleaning. Weeds were growing around the outside of the property, and the bushes/trees could use some trimming. The dryer outlet was covered in lint. Otherwise, everything else was top notch.

This hotel needs help it is VERY dated the tub was chipped. Only like two staff so really no help

This place is clearly maintained and it was fine for 1 night while driving across the country with pets. However, it was pretty inconvenient to be on anything other than the first floor with a dog and a cat. I called at least a month in advance to let them know I would have pets so I figured they would accommodate that better. The hot tub was out of order which really sucked since that was a main reason for choosing this hotel over others. The 40-something year old hammered group of children at the pool wasn't super inviting regardless. Location isn't very convenient for on/off highway access. Upon checking out, the front desk worker said that I had a $15 balance from purchasing something from the hotel shop. There was no note for what I had purchased and asked if I could see on the camera that I had actually purchased something, explaining that we had gone to a restaurant for dinner and brought a large cooler with snacks through the lobby. She was unable to remove the charge and left a note for the manager who never called me. I'm assuming it was a mistake and they resolved it but not a great experience to have to deal with.

Front desk guy was super nice! Room was clean. Gym was in working order. Cons: Jacuzzi was half drained and the water that was in there was extremely dirty. They said that they were doing repairs on it. It was so gross though that we didn’t even want to use the attached pool which was also not the cleanest. Lots of sketchy / homeless people in the area. There was even a homeless lady going in and out of the gate where the pool was because people were just holding it open for her. I didn’t feel comfortable out there once it got dark.

Nothing because even when we reserved a room, when we arrived at the property, the man at the desk said there were no rooms available and we had to cancel. Then we were charged for the room anyway. Actually not false advertising rooms were available when they were not. Staff instructing me to cancel even when they knew I would be charged anyway. I paid for a room that was not available.

This room had more than we needed. It was very comfortable and had everything we could ask for.

Location and comfortable The beds were small, I mean a king would have been better.

I love that had everything I needed for a 2 week stay with in room kitchenette, plates and utensils and free laundry. Clean, quiet and set back for major roads. Great staff and management.

The room was very clean and nice for one of the most affordable hotels (and nicest!) on our multi day road trip. Would stay again if I ended up in Roswell again.

Would have enjoyed a free continental breakfast that most other hotels offer. Will probably stay at another hotel next time

Breakfast is not included, however, the kitchen is fully furnished with an electric stove top, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and coffee. If you came unprepared, there are vending machines that offer microwavable breakfast and other meals. Laundry service is also available at a cost.

The staff was exceptional. My son left something behind in the room, and the staff was incredibly friendly and thorough in mailing the item to us. The rooms were tidy and large, and the facility offers complimentary laundry, which was an added perk. The rooms, though tidy, were not exceptionally functional nor clean. There was significant debris buildup in the restroom corners and several handprint smears on the windows. There were hooks missing or near falling off from the walls, one with a decent hole in the wall. There is no counter for toiletries, just a narrow shelf. We stayed in a handicap room, and though no one in our group had an accessibility issue, I feel the room wasn't entirely functional for someone who would need it. The entry point between the kitchen and sleeping areas is very narrow, and there is a series of hooks that protrude from the wall, which, as a mother, made me very nervous in such a narrow space. This is a rather nitpicky evaluation, so take it for what it is, but I want to make sure and share it in case someone else needs this information. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
