Perfect stay .Had a great time walking and getting to understand the history of Roswell . It was nice to come back after a full day of exploring to a clean ,cool room . Wonderful staff .

It was really good. I just wish they would come and clean your rooms daily. We had to request towels daily and had to request our trash be emptied. We were there for 4 days. I realize that COVID changed the way hotels clean rooms, but would suggest that Holiday Inn Express take the lead in making it like it was pre COVID. That s the one thing as a woman that I look forward to when being away is not to have to clean.

Hotel room was clean and guests were quiet. The breakfast was hot with gluten free options and well stocked. The wifi was easy to use and allowed for internet access. Parking was easy.

Breakfast was not great. There was no milk and all 3 juices were not available. So coffee or water only for kids. Out of most food by 8:30am. Everything else was fine, nothing was great.

While the staff was extremely helpful, the property lacked in maintenance. Bathroom lights around mirror were halfway working. The juice machine in breakfast area was broken. Trash containers both outside and inside were full.
