Incredible stay!

Easy access to everything around town. Staff and especially house keeping could be a little more friendly and note so rude. I forgot to take off the do not disturb sign because my toddler was still asleep and I herd house keeping next door walked out and ask if I could exchange towels and she was very rude telling me I needed to take down the sign if I needed anything.

It was really good. I just wish they would come and clean your rooms daily. We had to request towels daily and had to request our trash be emptied. We were there for 4 days. I realize that COVID changed the way hotels clean rooms, but would suggest that Holiday Inn Express take the lead in making it like it was pre COVID. That s the one thing as a woman that I look forward to when being away is not to have to clean.

Clean Bathtub was very slippery.

Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel, and good breakfast.

Hotel room was clean and guests were quiet. The breakfast was hot with gluten free options and well stocked. The wifi was easy to use and allowed for internet access. Parking was easy.

Great stay and location for the price.

Breakfast was not great. There was no milk and all 3 juices were not available. So coffee or water only for kids. Out of most food by 8:30am. Everything else was fine, nothing was great.

While the staff was extremely helpful, the property lacked in maintenance. Bathroom lights around mirror were halfway working. The juice machine in breakfast area was broken. Trash containers both outside and inside were full.

Location Breakfast. At 7:39 am they were out of milk, all juices and pancake batter. Staff was indifferent.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I wish I could've stayed an extra night because I was able to get a great night's sleep there. The staff was so friendly and courteous and made you feel welcome right away. Breakfast was great and a nice complimentary part of being a guest there. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other guests.

Exceptionally clean property conveniently located in the heart of town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch.

I booked through booking.com and wasn’t informed about the facilities being unavailable but was still charged for the full amount and when I tried to cancel they said I didn’t follow the booking process so I stopped payment on the booking through my bank and went to a different Hotel that had all the accommodations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. We will be staying again.
