Clean room, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good

The bed was very comfortable. It seemed to be in a safe area. We especially liked the breakfast staff person.

Very friendly staff … quiet atmosphere but just a little bit difficult understanding what the front desk person was saying but he patiently repeated himself. .

Room was clean and had everything needed for traveling. Fridge had working ice machine, which was nice. Breakfast had many options, and lobby had warm drink machine with 24hr access. Front desk had snack and make in your room meal options.

Beds were incredibly comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The coffee machine you have in the lobby was incredibly good for being available all day. Pool and whirlpool were the perfect temperature. Minor nitpicks: one of our rooms had some dirt on the door that was missed in cleaning and had a bag over the smoke detector that wasn't removed.

The hotel was very clean and well kept; the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful; we even met the owner in the elevator, and he was very friendly and made the trip experience that much better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend anyone to stay here.

Very good

It is difficult to give fair rankings with just the general stars. My issue was Room 306. Unless you like stale pet odor that reeks when you open the door to the room, this is not the room for you. On the mornig of day two of my 6 day stay, I explained how badly the room smelled. I did not have a pet. By chance, I was to be away from the room all day. The clerk at the front desk said they could address the odor while I was away that day. Based upon the smell, they did nothing. So, if you are assigned room 306, run far away. Outside of the awful room smell, the hotel was great. It's too bad that they could not have addressed this problem.

The breakfast was very good. The room rate was good compared to the hotels in Stevens Point and we were close enough to Jordan Park in Stevens Point to meet with family that was camping. The grandkids enjoyed the pool in the hotel. The hotel was overall clean and met our needs but the room we stayed in was not...it had a terrible odor. Other than that it was great.

All of the doors to the rooms are dirty and banged up. Could use some paint

Staff was great. The hotel is in need of repair and updates. The words "premier" and "plus" led me to believe it was a much different hotel. The picture on Hotel.com is of the eating area, not the lobby. A bit deceiving. The staff is the shining star of this hotel. Very friendly and professional. Its clean, but hard to clean a very old and beat up hotel.

Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Rooms was nice, full fridge, stocked kitchen area. Halls clean. Pool area was clean.

Had a great time. Everyone was sweet and every helpful.

Conveniently located off of I-39. Breakfasts were great and staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Nothing to really dislike.

Loved the hotel. Will definitely return when we are in the area. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were outstanding. Loved the full size refrigerator with a freezer as well were on a road trip .

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with my check in. The room was very quiet, clean and modern. There were many dining options nearby. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and will definitely stay again when I visit next year.
