Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!

The memories I made. The amenities were not as listed. The pool was closed for cleaning. We were not aware of this upon check in. We found out after getting dressed to go down there to go swimming and then became very disappointed. I wasted 200 on a room. Very disappointed. Will not book again.

The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick. The gym door had no handle, making access difficult. Many utilities were in poor condition, and the hotel’s numerous potted plants were wilted and dead, adding to the sense of neglect.

I appreciate the staff there would book again

Location Under construction and materials let out for all to see, some amenities not working like the inc maker

The gal at the desk was wonderful. Very friendly. She deserves a high five! Room was comfy and clean. Everything was great!

There was construction inside the hotel, with chairs/sofas against the walls in the hallways. The room did not smell fresh/clean. The hot tub was not available - it seems to be under construction. The breakfast was not good - it was subpar, with very few breakfast items and no fruits. I would like a refund.

The breakfast made me and others sick. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. the room walls was peeling, the bathtub looked like they painted it and was also peeling, the beds are hard as a rock. The last 3 years I’ve been here they have gone downhill. Will NOT be back I will spend the extra money for a nice hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was easy, safe, comfortable, clean, staff was attentive, and peaceful to stay here. Our family particularly enjoyed all the board games in the breakfast room.

i did not like one thing about this place. website misleading about amenities as there are 15 amenities and services on the website that are unacceptable, unavailable or just not offered. 15 services/amenities on website not available-fitness center has no working lights and bathroom is filthy. wifi weak and goes in and out. 5 days and no housekeeping. the washing machine is out of order. i needed to print something and was told they didnt have a printer. there are not enough fire extinguishers and the first night we were there the alarms went off and the new girl didnt know how to turn them off. vending machine empty unplugged. hot tub down. furniture and mattresses in hallways and thrown outside. garbage all over. filthy room when first there, filed a complaint with corperate and manager cancelled our last day of our trip and told us to leave. i called corperate back to let them know she punished us for telling the truth and when we were making last trip out of there i was met with the police escorting us out letting us know we were never allowed on property again. mind you i never cussed, raised my voice and we started packing and moving our stuff even with my husband having a bad back and taken out of work by a spine specialist. but what do you do when the manager cant handle the fact that they false advertised about the amenities and i wanted a refund for false advertisement. i could go on and on. oh... moldy oranges and brick hard bread and biscuits for breakfast. i was in lobby a half hour prior to breakfast and the hot portion for that morning consisted of 5 or 6 patty eggs and a couple scoops of country gravy im sure was from day prior

Very clean (pool and room), friendly staff, very comfortable stay!

Location Lack luster breakfast

Bed is harder than a rock. No smoke detector, just wires hanging out of the wall. No sprinkler system either. Entance to building did not have sidewalk shoveled.

Room was in good condition and comfortable. I appreciated the grab bar in the shower.
