Clean hotel, clean room, hot water, cozy bed, super quiet. Definitely recommend

This was the worst hotel experience ever. The saying you get what you pay for was proved true! Although the price was cheap. Everything else showed why! Upon checking in the representative at the desk left me and another guest standing at the front desk waiting for over five minutes while he was outside on his smoking break. Then while he checked me in at least 3-4 guest there had to come down to get him to reprogram their room keys. After I checked in I returned to! The hallway of the floors I stayed on smelled like an unkept nursing home. The freezer in my room was flooded with ice because they don’t check the rooms daily! The air conditioner and the thermostat are on two different zones (never got cooler than 76 degrees in 90 degree weather). The bathroom sink water never got hot. The shower knob was broken, and to top it all off. No one informs you that you have to request room cleaning. Housekeeping went in my room to address the icemaker moved furniture and trash cans around however they didn’t pick up dirty towels or empty the trash cans and tracked dirt from their shoes on the floor and left it there. When I asked why all of this was not done after me being gone all day, that’s when they informed me you must request that service. With housekeeping gone for the night they asked if I needed more towels and then requested I come to the front desk to get them! BYPASS THIS HOTEL AND STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 I’m almost certain you’ll receive the same service for cheaper!

The kitchen faucet was loose the tolliet was loose the bathroom know was loose the kids card constantly stopped working

For the price this place is great. There is only one ice machine that is on the first floor. So that was inconvenient. Location is great - close to all the things you want to see and do. There was no continental breakfast but there is a "market place" to purchase drinks and food. But no hot meal type. Place is older so there is some wear and tear but overall a good place to stay.

Great hotel loved the kitchenette feature and loved that the guest laundry was complimentary would definitely stay again.

Had to sleep with lights on

The room was comfortable, the bed was soft, the A/C worked well, and having a kitchen was a nice bonus. There were some minor maintenance issues in room 313, including a loose bathroom door, rust on the bathroom fixtures, limited outlets, and a missing remote battery cover. The hotel layout also means a long walk if your room is far from the elevator. Parking could also be better. The lot only has one entrance/exit, parking in front is limited, and the parking area toward the back felt a little sketchy and less comfortable to use, especially later in the day. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the hot water. Even after letting the shower run for quite a while, the water never got beyond lukewarm. Most of the smaller issues I could overlook, but not being able to take a hot shower or bath was the dealbreaker. Because I travel to Round Rock every week, this could have been a good regular option for me. I wouldn't completely rule it out and would give the hotel another chance if the hot water issue was addressed. As it stands, though, I wouldn't stay again unless I knew that issue had been fixed.

Clean room! Great kitchen set up. The gym needs to be maintained better and the key cards kept getting deactivated on their own. Other then that it was a great place to stay

The staff was friendly and our stay was very pleasant.

Had a bug crawl on me while I was sleeping, I was on the 2nd floor. I did not mention anything to the staff, because my schedule didn’t allow for deviations, and I didn’t have time.

Property is conveniently located. Rpom was spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very reasonable room rates. Property is a bit aged, but very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Stuff was broken in the room no pool no breakfast asked for more towels never received them asked for the extra bed that was told they had when reserving the room they didn’t have it so my stay was 1 star outta 5 stars

Enjoyed the convenience to downtown area. The suite style rooms and all of the kitchen amenities.
