Candlewood Suites Austin-Round Rock by IHG

Stuff was broken in the room no pool no breakfast asked for more towels never received them asked for the extra bed that was told they had when reserving the room they didn’t have it so my stay was 1 star outta 5 stars

Enjoyed the convenience to downtown area. The suite style rooms and all of the kitchen amenities.

Staff was super nice and informative. Room was clean upon arrival.

The room had a really bad order

I love that the washer and dryer were free! Clean room and staff was always helpful

The staff here was wonderful, unfortunately they were working in an extremely hot lounge area with no air conditioning. The faucet in my tub was broken off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screeched so loud it couldn't be used, and the couch and chair in the room were filthy. Paid way too much for far too little here.

Stay often and will stay again

Rooms were clean very quiet and had good amenities. Plenty of parking.

They had a roach problem and outside smelled like gasoline

The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time.

Wonderful condo-very comfortable &had bye needed. We loved the porch looking out at the ocean.
